The main lobby and location was excellent. WiFi sucked and the reception staff was rude. Specially the lady in charge. The staff that first welcomes you is excellent and super attentive. But in reception they are not like that. The beds are hard and the rooms are outdated. I would not complain if I would have paid 70 dollars but at almost 100 dollars a night I expected more

Stayed for 5 nights with breakfast. Set meals every morning. Only protein was pork products so those who don't eat pork had only boiled eggs. Need to widen the options. V

Rosedale met all our needs and was great value for money. The location, staff and cleanliness were great. A bit outdated but everything was clean and great value.

The elevators were terrible, we were on the top floor and sometimes waited 15 minutes. The rooms were tiny, no place to put down more than one suitcase except the floor. No room for toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was not very good.

The location was perfect for our visit with my son. Close to restaurants, park, busses, etc The room was very small, difficult for two people to have places to sit. Check in provided minimal information about amenities, and there were no instructions on how to use the TV. Therefore we could not use it. The wifi was very weak, there was buffering all the time.

The location is quite neat, there's an exhibition called HK Brands and Products Expo happening at Victoria Park nearby, and it only costs 10 HKD to get in. AC unit in my room has this weird smell. It slowly goes away when I turn it off, I can't help but wonder if it's just my room that's having this issue or something else.

Good location for my purpose. Room (No. 1709) for first night had bad smell like mold. Air refresher did not help. We did not sleep well. Room AC temperature was uncontrollable. No hot water from the tap at the sink. Had to wait till the next day to change room. However, a manager told me that the bed blanket cover and the hand towel had stain, and I had to pay $50 for cleaning fee. The wifi was on and off, and dead battery of the safe deposit box in the second room. Problems resolved afterwards.

Did not have breakfast in the hotel . That would nice if water and coffee are available for guests waiting or More seat for check in waiting in reception or group floor Hot water is weak . No wash cloth available . No plastic map in bathtub. Temperature control is dated . No way to turn off the fan. Do not use can water, Bottle water is better . Need more glass or cup . Too noise near elevator.

The mattress is too hard, and the pillows are small and too soft, which makes me uncomfortable to sleep.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful On the last day I couldn’t charge my phone, nor use the hair dryer because electric outlets in the room were not working.
