The hotel's location was very good, close to restaurants, the beach. The coupon for a free 2 hour bike ride was very nice, although we didn't get to use it because of the weather.

Despite Expedia selling me a room in a totally sold out hotel, the staff at Renew were very kind and understanding. They made the calls and got me a room at a sister hotel.

Receptionist was nice. No hot water. Elevator was down for half the stay. Key card did not work randomly.

We couldnt belive after staying here n us checking in for the first time that the staff did not greet us after coming and going and even asking for directions or after coming in from dinner at 8pm and 5 pm not once did they say hello , hi , or a smile to look up at me or my wife who noticed this after the first night ... Wow SMH.... sad just sad customer service

So close to the beach! Provided towels, snorkels, volleyballs, and was quiet. The cafe attached was really convenient, had a great time and the workers were attentive and friendly, would stay again!

Hotel is near the beach and close to Waikiki lively shops and bars. Nice big room and big bed with heavy window shutter and descent ac. Hotel was very old, bathroom was clean but shower was very old. Room had view of the parking and side road so a lot of noise from garbage trucks all the time and some other service vehicles. Elevator was super old too. Definitely entire building needs some refreshment. Coffee machine was not in the room and only on request.

They have beach towels, chairs and half a BLK to beach. Very friendly staff. Location perfect for Waikiki Beach. My 2nd stay here. That should tell you something.

Location and staff were everything. The beds were too small. Im 6'2". The beds do not accommodate 2 people comfortably
