Park Shore Waikiki

Proximity to the beach. Overall a HORRIBLE experience. On the first night, a late-night fire alarm forced an evacuation, scaring me and ruining my sleep. Then, all elevators broke down in this 18-floor building for the rest of my stay!! Management left absolutely zero signage on the elevator doors, leaving guests waiting for ages just guessing what was wrong. No staff came up the levels to leave a sign in front of them. Carrying heavy suitcases down several flights of stairs made check-out exhausting and completely unacceptable. A concierge man helped me carry my large suitcase down thankfully (I feel bad for the staff having to do things outside their pay checks).

Great hotel with a beautiful view, friendly staff and a perfect location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was a little outdated, and the air conditioning was quite noisy.

The staff were very helpful and professional. Included beach towels and beach rentals. It was super easy to walk across the street to the Waikiki beach.

The property is close shops . Beach good walk to the Waikīkī strip I will definitely go back there.

Loved the great water dispenser and the morning coffee The shower switch was in need of repair so half the water went out the tub spout and the air conditioning though excellent was loud. Great location!

We were never informed about the cost of Vallet parking which was 55$ / night . Apart from it we have booked an ocean view room and we got a one with partial view while having paid the fully ocean view. When complained the receptionist mentioned that this happens when booking with third parties (blamed booking) and asked me for more money to get the room I have already paid.
