Staff is wonderful…getting chairs downstairs for the beach awesome and close to many things you don’t need a daily car. We have stayed several times and keep going back!

Great stay

I like the view from the balcony. Nice and helpful staff as well.

Rooms are small. Bathroom is very small. It was dirty. Couldn't get anyone to answer phone call when I called regarding my reservation.
-
Good location for event pick up/ trolley stops.

Room was hot never cooled down, room was cleaned once in 3 days. Parking is highway robbery. Fridge was cool at best, room was outdated. Elevators suck! You have to wait for at least 10 minutes

I booked a 2 bed room and immediately one of the only two lamps in the room did not work as well as the tvs remote not working. In order to turn it off I had to unplug it to go to sleep. Along with this there wasn’t enough towels provided to the room. The room was booked for 4 and the website states it books up to 4 and only 2 towels were provided. When I tried to ask for more towels I had to beg 3 different workers across the property for towels and in the end only received one from a housekeeper who seemed very annoyed with me for asking for 1 clean towel. Along with this when we actually were able to shower there was mold in the shower and it didn’t drain properly so you were racing to finish showering before the tub filled up with water. Ultimately the staff was mostly nice but didn’t help me and the room was not clean or working properly whatsoever would never stay again.

The sliding door in our room could not be closed completely. And for 2 days, we heard wind drast. That was a very loud, howling sound that we told the front desk that it would need to be fixed in, or we should be moved because we could not get sleep. All night on top of that, it rained inside the room, just to clear the air on it to where it would be living around everybody. And just apologized to the guys in case they had to answer any questions on top of that. Our AC went out, as you know, having an 88 and a 89° day back-to-back with a low, AC made us very uncomfortable. Saddened and felt disrespected by not allowing us to move into another room We've been to Hawaii many times but this particular incident was a horror story. Thumbs down on this trip, guys. So it it was a failure and a horror story Stay for us.

El check in y out muy lento en ambos tuve haciendo una cola larga. El desayuno no fue bueno poco para elegir y muy condimentada. Está al frente de la playa con una avenida al mediopero no hay reposeras, la piscina es chica el personal amable.

It was a clean basic room to sleep in, i mean you're in Hawaii to be outside not inside. The staff was great, we had 2 ABC stores around the corner, and it has 2 restaurant/bars on the premises. The beach is right across the street from the hotel. We would have our morning coffee and watch the surfers from our lanai. This was out first time to Oahu and it did not disappoint one bit. I will definitely be back!
-
Great location to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai.

L’hôtel est propre et bien situé, mais l’insonorisation de notre chambre était déficient. Malgré le fait que nous étions au 9e étage, nous entendions tous les bruits extérieurs de la rue et le vent qui sifflait dans la porte patio.
-
Elevators take forever to go up and down specially when the hotel is full.
-
We had an amazing time, staff really friendly and the Room really clean.
-
I would recommend this hotel 100%!!
-
Elevators doesn’t work almost every morning and waited too long!
-
Overall, this place is perfect as it is in the heart of everything and is located right across from the beach!! Definitely do not need to rent a car because everything is in walking distance and if not you can book a pass for the bus for the week and it’s way cheaper because you don’t have to pay for parking at the hotel or other places or gas.

Stay was not too bad. Had a issue with the A/C in the room day one but the staff was able to take care of us right away and moved us to a new room. The only issue we seen was the elevator situation. Since you have to punch in your floor with the key; it took us one time ofter 10 mins to get off our floor. Overall good hotel.

The glass door to our first room was falling out of the rail, so unsafe! They were able to move us into another room but we had issues there too. The glass door at this room was not falling off, but was not set properly and let in a ton of wind noise (hard to sleep). The bath tub was also gurgling every time a room above us used water (hard to sleep). The elevator situation was also an issue. Very hard to get an elevator, we ended up taking the stairs most days. I would give the Twin Fin a 6 out of 10. The only reason I would ever stay there again is for Tiki's, that place rocks. Cheers, Jose
