Being on the ground floor. The beds were too soft! Beds were not comfortable.

Really appreciate the location of Pagoda Hotel. Central location and the breakfast coupons are excellent! Beds were roo soft! I had to buy cardboard to put on top of the bed for support.

Overnight stay before surgery at Straub-Benioff Medical Center. Easy (and cheap) to get an Uber at 6:00AM.

Loved the location, vibe and staff at Pagoda. Will definitely recommend and came back.

Staff was outstanding. The hotel and location were not. There were multiple homeless and druggies hanging out around the facility. My daughter was terrified to leave the room. We ended up paying an extra four hundred dollars to stay at a different hotel.
