Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa

Great staff and great location. Conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, and close to the beach. The gym, pool, spa and outdoor bar area were all fantastic. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel stay went great. Clean room. Friendly and help staff. Amenities plenty. The only small hiccup was the restaurant in the lobby lost my order and then got it wrong when it finally got to me. Not sweating it, would definitely come back.

Destination fee of $50 a night was surprise. It seems like that's the norm for HNL these days, but you're sorta stuck when you get there. $59 to park your car seems excessive as well. It's clean, the staff was friendly, and there's a big mall across the street.

Great location to the Ala Moana Shopping Center, Magic Island, and the ubiquitous Walmart and Target, and bus stops

Wonderful property, my first impression was check in. Best check-in experience in my life. Cane was efficient and made me feel so welcomed. I had already had a tough day with my 2nd flight being cancelled due to weather conditions so I was not in the best of moods. Regardless I was treated with the up most professionalism and kindness. Thank you Cane for bringing calm to the chaos!

In Honolulu for a cruise. LaLa happened and the staff here has been nothing less than remarkable. Everyone is short-handed but they are going out of their way to be helpful. I will be singing your praises.

I was surprised to see the condition of the hotel for the amount of the rooms. The carpet throughout the hallways and rooms was dirty. The first room we were given had a musty smell, but the staff corrected it right away. Because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they were not able to adjust the room price from ocean view to city view.

The Renaissance Hotel and Spa is our first choice when staying on Oahu. The staff, room, amenities, and location are fantastic. You’ll love the fresh, clean scent when walking in. Even though it seemed like there were a lot of guests, we barely had to wait for the elevators. The salt water pool is just the right temperature and the hot tubs are the hottest. The sauna is wonderful, and there is a cold plunge (too cold for me). The bidet is fantastic, the beds are wonderful, it is just so comfortable. You don’t hear a sound at night. We usually just walk to Ala Moana, but there is a shuttle. We’ve even considered buying a place in there. It’s outstanding.

The hotel is beautiful & the rooms a really nice. The staff was wonderful. Especially Koenoa from the front desk & the house keeping manager who came to personally clean my room after various room issues w/ housekeeping not doing their job. I did ask for the manager who refused to come out, but he sent Koenoa to assist. The manager later ran across the receptionist area to help someone else. It left me feeling a little unimportant. I experienced bathroom tub sprout hold up, sink holding water due to clogged drain, (2) hairs in the refrigerator, then hairs all over various places, Abree said they would clean my room top to bottom, We leave come back to dirty tub, my finger prints still all over the small close mirror & 1 big & 3 little blue stains on top mind you of the white comforter. We were moving it over to the other bed to switch & was comfortable w/ someone just cleaning the tub, because we leave tomorrow, we found 2 more bright red stains on the same comforter w/ the blue stations. We’re like this is no accident, We took pictures to showed front desk as proof. He insisted sending housekeeping manager up to clean room. They came, they were nice & clean the tub. I was compensated 2 nites of parking $59 per nite & 2 nites destination fee of $50 per nite. I was grateful for the compensation. I almost felt like they should have refunded one full nite alone with everything else, yet so was grateful to receive some kind of compensation. It is a really nice Hotel.

Hotel was great! Our room looked brand new and had most of the things we needed. The hotel itself is located next to walmart and target which was really convenient. Overall, i would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

They are getting expensive and everything is charge, not good for travellers anymore
