Very clean, close to everything walking distance to the main strip. Great gym and pool. The pool would get quite busy and a lot of kids yelling in a small area. Would be good to have an adults only pool seperate.
-
Blocks to another facility , $35 to park , but that place is very tight, and packed also.

Beautiful place to stay.

It’s to noisy at night. And parking is not good because you charge the customer to park their cars when you have already charged them for their rooms
-
Hotel and staff were very nice the only issue is there are only 2 elevators for the entire hotel. At busy times we had to wait over 20 minutes to get to the lobby from the 12th floor.

And no coffee pot or microwave in the room was a big disappointment HUGE

The hotel has a great location - it is easy to reach by foot all major spots. Room was spacious, clean and cool. Bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed morning coffee at the bar. The swimming pool is nice but always full with people and chairs occupied so I didn't get a chance to swim. It would be great to have breakfast included.

My main complaint is more towards the communication. • I asked for a special decoration to celebrate my anniversary and birthday and wasn’t communicated that they would not be able to provide it despite speaking to the hotel beforehand. • Expedia said I had a perk for a daily bottle of wine and I only received 1 bottle total for the 6 day stay. • The late check out offer the hotel sent me that I requested wasn’t communicated that they wouldn’t be able to provide it until well into my stay. The hotel is close to Waikiki.

Hot tub was nice Location was convenient Room was decently-sized Noisy, located next to a busy street but they didn’t bother to use any sound-proofing, you can here EVERYTHING on the street very loudly, it feels like the glass was not even there. AC was super noisy as well. Also there’s no sound proofing from the hallway, you can here everything from the hallways, like detailed conversations. No vacuum during housekeeping, for a hotel in Waikiki you’d honestly expect guests to come back with some sand, not on purpose, but inevitable. It doesn’t feel like the room was vacuumed at all during our stay. We had to use the used towels to mop the sand to a corner so it wasn’t gritty to walk on. Only 2 bottled water was provided at check in, when I asked the front desk for more to bring on our trip during the day they refused and advised me to use the refill station to refill the disposal plastic water bottle? This feels pretty dumb since it cost next to nothing for hotels to stock and provide. Expecting guests to refill a disposable plastic water bottle is ridiculous especially for our week long stay. Restaurants staff seems to be unbothered by you at all if you just want to redeem the free welcome drink, the welcome drink states that you can redeem soda at the hotel restaurant, we went and just tried to have a coke but was told to go to the bar. I guess overall you get what you pay for, for Hawaii price anyway. This place is cheaper than most other hotels in the area for a reason.

Helpful and friendly staff. The property was well maintained. Easy check-in and out. The hotel location was convenient. It was close to many restaurants and shops. Welcome drinks were a plus. The only issue was the parking. They only offer valet and it gets full quickly.

I like facilites They didn’t vacuum or changed sheets while staying for 7 days, floor were covered in sand and very uncomfortable to walk in the room
