Location is excellent for shopping and eating. With the exception of one front desk worker, staff good. Breakfast was delightful. We did not know they were under renovation. It was a little tough to find a room and to get our other guests checked in due to system failure.

Everything are very old

The rate was very good and we were satisfied with the services.

The location That when I booked my reservation it said they have amenities like swimming pool get there pool closed, cable didn’t work right

Didn't like it water wouldn't stop dripping in the shower. The day we check out told the young lady it was a couple having sex in back parking lot.

Elevator didn’t work , dirty toilets, tv didn’t work

The hotel was nice overall my only issue was that we saw a baby roach crawling on the curtain our first night but other than that it’s very clean and we didn’t see any other bugs after that. The breakfast is pretty good and I like that we can get clean towels everyday.

I appreciate the staff at this particular location . They really took the time to make a great stay for me . If I could have the same crew everywhere would be priceless. I had to leave?

The TV was kind of glitchy - just stop working from time to time

The pool wasn’t clean and we couldn’t get in which was one of the reasons i stayed there. The room had an a small odor and air wasn’t blowing much

Nothing It smelled at the pool was closed but was informed that it was opened

location Rooms were dirty, front desk rude, pool closed and dirty, hardly any options for breakfast, horrible smell on 3rd floor, dirty walls . Dirty covers, high unkept grass, air barely blows

Breakfast was ok for a free breakfast, coffee in breakfast area was always hot and fresh. My mom and kids enjoyed the waffle station. Dislikes: the pool was dirty however the patio area around was not dirty. The pool needs to be tended to professionally by a pool maintenance company. I saw a front desk employee treating the pool and that shouldn’t fall to front desk people’s responsibility. The breakfast needs more fruit options. And for some reason my card keys for the room kept needing to be reactivated even though I kept it in the envelope. All in all, I will come stay again and expect the wonderful employees to still be there. Thank you for making my family and me feel welcome.

1st we asked for cleaning to come back as they came early in morning. Came back late afternoon and room was not cleaned. Went to desk and was told that they would not return to clean and bring towels. Convinced Desk to at least provide fresh towels. Thought this was unsat. But stay overall was good.
