FM 1960 West. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming and always ready and available to help with whatever needs you may have, and it is nicely located along 1960 W with easy access to either I45 or 249, allowing you to quickly navigate to anywhere from n Houston you need to be. While the property itself could use some upkeep and cleanup, overall it was a nice place to stay and I felt safe (given the surrounding area), and as an added bonus the willowbrook mall is only a 5 minute drive which makes for a fun day of shopping. I will absolutely stay again.

Shower was dirty and there was no tv

Everything was clean. The hotel provided all the necessities for the room. It was very easy to check in & out. The staff were very friendly and nice. The air was very cold, I really enjoyed that as well. I enjoyed my stay.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience. Lucky I have friends and family who live in Houston so I didn’t NEED to stay there! Very disappointed. If I could leave negative stars I would
