The property, had old cockroaches in corners, like the cleaning man just swapped them over there. The room had roaches everywhere, this was the worst experience I have had. People hanging out playing music smoking dope outside there room sitting in chair daily. I told the front desk when I arrived can you please clean in front of my door and move the chair wete People wete hanging out in front of my door. I would not suggest anyone stay at particular hotel. Thanks

The room was booked and confirmed already. Upon arrival there was not one employee at the lobby. I had to wait along with other clients. Once the employee shows up I was informed that I could not have the room due to no one checking out. Now I was short money also a room and the whole process was just inconvenient due to Houston getting hit by hurricane Beyrl and having a state disaster due to it. I DEMAND A REFUND.

Cheap. That’s all. Poorly decked out. Bug problems.
