Great location. Easy walking distance from hotel to the beach or downtown Room was noisy. Lots of noise from the pool. Pillows were terrible

Family oriented and mostly Mexican clientele. Good for children who would like to play with other children. The first room we got was above the tables along the swimming pool and was very noisy. we asked fir a room on the 3rd floor and that was great.

Great location, it was on the center where we can walk to the beach and to downtown. An Oxxo is in front and a chedraui next to the hotel. WIFI is not available in some areas only in the pool or reception

Near a big supermarket and the beach lovely swimming pool. The reception asked us to pay again even though we pre paid through bookings. We were stopped twice to sign a visa slip. We spoke no Spanish so it was hard to communicate that we had paid already. We had to phone bookings to get them to sort it out.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helped me book the tours that I wanted. I felt safe to walk around the property and it was conveniently located near shops and food places. also used their laundry service they recommended with no issues at all. everything was great cannot think of anything.

really nice staff and good air conditioning the place was under renovation which we were not informed of so it was loud during the day. also there was garbage all over the hallway when we were first shown to our room. the rooms themselves were not cozy and the ceiling was peeling/ bedsheets were stained.

Location was key and important. The Hotel was perfect across the street from XOXO and street food:) Suggest having more mats near hallways near pool because it gets super slippery when people exit pool and head straight to rooms.

Excellent location, close to the beach and supermarket. Spacious rooms, very modern and bright. Noise by the pool is incredible! Even when there are just couple of kids inside, it sounds like there is a hundred of them. Really good aqustics, sounds from the pool get even enhanced and freely goes through the door to the rooms. Wi fi is a bit weak. Video may get stuck every now and then.
