The staff are wonderful! The bartender, Alejandro was very attentive and courteous to all guests. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant La Flor de Chahue, the staff there are also so attentive and kind.

The balcony was nice to have but it faced the street and parking lot so was quite disappointing. We also got locked out on the balcony and had to reach out for help.

The hard dry toast was not so good just for the included breakfast but was at least something. Coffee was sweetened so had to order some. Don’t like the hard toast do breakfast nor the sweetened coffee. Had a fridge in our room that wasn’t available to us. Made it hard for our stay.

The hotel design is charming. Great location. Can walk to quieter Chahue Beach or "American" area of Huatulco easily. Many buses, taxis, etc. too. Relaxing to suntan by the pool. Nice restaurant with helpful staff. In the kids' pool there is a cute giant mushroom as a water park. It would be good to have the water flowing from it two hours on-one hour off, unless kids are playing under it, as it's quiet noisy.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was close to shopping and beaches, but in a quiet location. Room and bedding was clean, and the pool was a welcome amenity. Food in the restaurant was very good. We had a junior suite, with a mini fridge and coffee maker but the room was equipped with only 2 coffee cups. We would have appreciated having several glasses and perhaps some cutlery but this was a minor issue.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was cute. The balconies were great to have with the sound of the fountain. Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the food choices at the restaurant. And they weren't even open until 8am to get coffee. Staff was there. They should make coffee available earlier.

Property was clean and lots of parking. Service just wasn’t there. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and would just continue to talk amongst themselves rather than assisting or properly answering to questions.

It’s a very sweet and authentic property. It felt cosy yet spacious, and safe. Very nicely tended and clean. The restaurant, pool, and other amenities are much appreciated. Close to the beach, and walkable to town. Above all, the smiles and care of the staff were so welcoming.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room with balcony. Hot shower with great pressure. Very nice onsite restaurant, competitive pricing, great service and tasty dishes. Good AC in the room. Tour services onsite, good options and pickup was generally on time. Close to the public beach, Chedraui and walking distance to downtown and the peer. Beautiful pool at the hotel. The view from the balcony (room 402) was overlooking the parking lot. May be a bit overpriced, but that is just my opinion.

The only thing that could have made my stay better would have been blackout shades that block out all the light in the morning.

Very clean ground and room, comfortable bedding, good sized junior suite, fridge restocked daily as a nice touch, friendly and accommodating staff, assigned professional idriver to get you around at competitive taxi pricing, great walkable location to Chahue and Santa Cruz beaches, Santa Cruz, La Crececita Abit noisy in the evenings

The room & facilities didn’t meet expectations for the price we paid. Room was clean but lacked amenities. No in room coffee maker, worn out towels, room safe didn’t work properly, no hot water. The bar fridge was locked so we couldn’t even keep our water or other beverages cold. When I asked about the fridge I was told “it wasn’t included in the rate I paid.”

Enjoyed our stay! Comfy bed, spacious room, refrigerator and coffee! Water provided daily! Our maid did an excellent job at keeping our room tidy. Food was good, staff very helpful, even with my lousy Spanish! We will return! Only thing that needs a bit of improvement/ the pool chemicals/ are off! Pool was a bit cloudy. Wish they had a sun area on the roof! The pool gets very little sun, as it’s blocked by the buildings.

Great location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants

Staff was super accommodating. Let us have a very early occupancy time and a late check out as well. Restaurant had great value. Breakfast were delicious ! Beds are a little hard.
