Good

We stayed for one night, and it was fine for the price. The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean. The staff was kind, though their English skills were limited. Overall, a decent option for a short stay. I didn’t like that we were suddenly woken up around 6am because they started talking very loudly. If you have guests in your house, I believe there should be a certain level of respect for quiet hours.

Hotel was basic. Location was fine, beside the Ancient Town. It is an older style hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had a bad smell. It was somewhat overpowering. There was quite a few insects in the room and the bed in particular.

This hostel was in a great location and walking distance to the Emperial City, the park, bridge, many restaurants, and walking streets. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and good for 2 people for a short stay. Got free water and toiletries. The bed was a little harder but still fine for a good sleep. There was some construction noise from the floor above, but only when we checked in. And really loud people outside our door at 6am maybe. Otherwise everything was great for a short, budget stay.

Nice location for exploring the city and the imperial citadel, lovely owners who were very accommodating with check in time after a sleeper bus, simple rooms but comfortable and great value for money

Exceptional

The owner was so kind and accommodating! We asked to switch rooms because the bathroom had a bit of a smell and she let us do it with no issues. It is very close to the Citadel and very quiet in the evenings. You can’t beat it for the price

We stayed only one night but everything was fine. Lady at reception can speak good english and she recomend what to see and do in the town.

Owners were super nice, room was big, and the location was great.

The location was perfect and the the owner was ABSOLUTELY awesome. So kind she will take care of you for sure !

It is few minutes walk to the citadel The toilet isn't that clean.

Great value and location. Friendly owner and team. Very happy to help with requests. The location is 2 minutes from the imperial city and only a short walk over the river into the main city centre.

This room had everything you needed, was clean, was comfortable, and in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly :)

Owner was lovely - helped us plan our time in Hue and allowed an early check in once the room was free Good size room, really good air conditioning, clean, good shower Good location to Old town and new town

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The location was excellent and the manager and her family were very friendly and helpful. Great value!
