staff as they were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are designed well leaving you with a feeling of spaciousness. Wish we could afford to stay more than one night.
-
Clean room but not worth the $$$.
-
Beautiful grounds. The pool was really fun! We love the easy access to the beach from the resort.
-
The best ocean view…..
-
I booked a ground floor garden view room. However when i checked in I was greeted given a third floor room. The room was surface clean

We will stay again.

The location is nice, hotel is big but outdated. Our room wasn’t ready in time and then when we got it, it wasn’t totally clean. The hotel did address it quickly and gave us a reasonable room credit to compensate. The Watertable restaurant looked promising but was overrated and the kids Mac and Cheese meal was literally out of a Kraft Box. Steak was decent but that’s it. Pools were fun for the kids but the pool chairs were rarely cleaned up after guests departed. Overall a subpar Hyatt Regency 4 star, compared to others I’ve stayed at.

Great with kids

We have a five year-old and we usually have to sacrifice our foodie tendencies and desire for luxury when going with the kids, but this was the best of both worlds with Pacific City down the way and the slides. The beds are really big and really cozy will definitely go again.

Great experience! We have two toddlers and they had a blast. Will be going back and spending more time here.

First off I have to shoutout Luis at the front desk and Niko! They went above and beyond for service and making us feel taken care of. Second, we loved this hotel. So so so great for kids and they have all types of amenities (high chairs, pack and plays, cribs, bottle warmers) for your room to make it super easy traveling with littles. We stayed in an ocean front room which was gorgeous but a little loud due to being next to a main road. I would absolutely come back again but stay further from the road for easier nap times. Also Cabana rentals are absolutely worth it.

From check in to check out the staff was amazing.

Loved it
-
Our check in was running late- the hotel was full - and we were given $100 room credit The room was very large and clean I liked the night light attached to the bottom of the bed

The room was clean, comfortable and even the partial ocean view was peaceful and beautiful. The have an adult only hot tub area. The Kou pond and gardens are beautiful. There are several places to get food from a very nice grocery store with healthy choices, a pool bar and restaurant that was delicious. We rented a Cabana one day. It wad $350 which included a large fruit platter, iced drinks and very comfy pool chairs. It was a big purchase for me but I would do it again for my mom's comfort. The pool was warm and it's a salt water pool. The jacuzzi was a bit too much salt but considering the families that don't follow age rules, it made sense. It has a ramp walk that takes you directly to the beach. The beach area is really nice. They have umbrellas and chairs. For a fee you can join a beach fire. I didn't do it but I would if I had kids with me. This was family friendly AND singles or couple friendly. I can't rave enough about this hotel. I'm definitely coming back. We'll worth spoiling yourself.
