The only complaint I have is the valet parking. There is no self-parking option and it’s $60/day.
-
The property was right across the street from the beach. It was as very quiet and clean.
-
Free bikes to rent so you can ride around the BCH and downtown areas super clean rooms and all with balconies. For that fresh ocean air, you're not going to be disappointed here.
-
The only problem I had was I purchased an ocean view room and it was not an ocean view it was partial
-
It was an expensive one night stay but view was great and room was clean.

The biggest downside is the cost. The $60 daily valet fee is excessive, and I’m not a fan of the additional “resort fees” that are charged after booking. These fees can easily add another $200–$250 to your stay depending on how long you’re there, which significantly changes the overall value. The pool was also a little disappointing. There aren’t many lounge chairs, and the towels frequently run out. During our stay, we had to wait 30–40 minutes for clean towels on one occasion. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a great location and comfortable rooms, but the additional fees and lack of amenities make it difficult for me to justify returning. I’ll probably explore some other options next time.

Beautiful property. My husband was extremely impressed and sais we will definitely be staying there again

I do want to recognize Clay at the front desk, who was extremely kind and helpful when I arrived Saturday night. Unfortunately, my experience the following day was completely different. My interactions with Cami were particularly upsetting and dismissive, and I also experienced difficulties dealing with Ty. The situation caused unnecessary stress, took time away from the event I had specifically traveled there to attend, and ultimately defeated the entire purpose of paying for the additional night. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better communication, professionalism, and handling of a prepaid reservation. I have contacted management and requested a refund because of the seriousness of the experience.

Overall an excellent hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly. Hotel itself was clean and luxurious. Great views all around. From the pool, the gym to the surrounding area, this place hit the spot.

Very good

Fabulous location on the beach and right next to shops and restaurants. This is a smaller, more intimate hotel with delightful front desk and valet staff.

Everybody was really polite and the property surroundings were very beautiful When we were by the pool, the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us. I thought that was very rude.

Rooms are fantastic, beds super comfortable and the hotel is very very nice. The pool area is nice… could be cleaned up better, but not a show stopper. Had a GREAT time here. I’ve been here before but there were a lot more Little kids this time, which I had viewed this hotel as more adult friendly. Changes the vibe a bit , but I would still go back.
