Very peaceful and i like my room it was in the ground floor with a balcony and few steps will be the pool. just wifi in the room was not so good

Good hotel not far from the Marina.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful! Gave us water every day and always asked if we needed anything! Nice lounges outside for sitting and relaxing by the pool. Best location ever!! pool was not very clean. Rooms are basic but you get what you pay for! Also there were some stray cats fighting outside in the middle of the night that were loud.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. The location was also good. The only thing I did not like was the early check-in. I arrived early and had to pay the price of a full extra day instead of a normal early check-in fee. The difference in price was very big.

Very nice relaxing stay. The staff was so nice and friendly and very welcoming. They always left 2 bottles of water for us every night when we came back to our room. We were lucky and had a room with the view of the pool. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better. The washroom is a little outdated for European or North American standards but it’s a typical Egyptian washroom. So it’s fine honestly.

I really liked the staff. They were accomodating, helpful and always greeted me with a lovely smile. The lady with black hair (I am not good with names) upgraded me to a better room, free of charge! The room itself (and the bathroom) was (were) clean and was (were) cleaned daily. Housekeeping also made sure I was stocked up on the essentials. Furthermore, I enjoyed the room's little balcony. The location is quite good if you like being in the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a couple of beaches nearby because Zak Inn does not have a private beach. They do have a pool though. The Marina is also not far, a good location for evening strolls, food and drinks. There are many restaurant and shopping options in the area as well. Aten market, a 2 minute walk away, is a decently priced supermarket. You also have a bank right next door if you want to exchange money. Anyways, I liked the place! A bit noisy in the evening with the honking of the cars outside. I found the matress to be a bit too soft.
