Woodspring Suites Indio - Coachella Valley

I called the hotel front desk 7 times the morning of checkout but the line kept ringing and nobody picked up. Eventually, I went up to the front desk to try to speak with somebody but there was nobody there I even waited a good 15 minutes and tried calling out for someone but nobody came. When we checked out I went to drop off the key cards and someone came around the corner with their mouth full of food and said "Thank you". I do NOT recommend staying here at all due to the poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and uncleanliness of the rooms. If I could I would rate it 0/10 stars.

Easy check in. Cold a/c. Good price for an overnight quick trip.

Clean room, helpful cheerful staff, plenty of parking.

Terrible bed and pillows.

I would have gone somewhere else if I knew there weren't dishware in the kitchen.

Excellent place, very reasonable price

It was very nice pulling off the road during a long drive from Phoenix to San Francisco, and being pleasantly surprised with a super clean & quiet room to rest. Although it is just off the highway and in the middle of a pile of businesses, it was quiet in the room. Coffee shop across the street and back on the road. So many places were $200+ a night with pets, stayed here for under $150 with taxes and pet fees.

Nice service

It was not a very well maintained hotel for it being as new as it is.Our room key wouldn’t work the next day of being there so we had to go get it fixed.Very noisy as well.

It's good hotel, clean and the kitchen is awesome. I'm working in the area. The kitchen makes it nice to help battle the costs of going out.

towels were so thin, extra not available. parking was sketchy overall I would not recoommend this hotel to anyone

No bells and whistles, but modern, clean and budget friendly.
