Citadines Danube Vienna

Our rooms were clean, modern, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that there was no housekeeping service during our stay (according to them it is Aparthotel) otherwise very good.

Just a really good hotel. And it's close to the Metastadt Open Air ;)

It was a very comfortable stay. Just 20 mins away from old town by subway, which is just in front of the hotel. Washing machine cum dryer included in our room Need to fix the walk in shower area, the water leaks onto the floor.

You don t have coffee machine in the room, but you can find at the reception such a machine.

Customer services are very well managed and the room is extremely comfortable and well managed Convenient

Location was great, but they should mark the entrance to the hotel better. I did 2 circles before finding out the entrance is up the stairs. When I came to my room after almost 5 hours of driving, I had to call the reception and w8 half an hour, standing in the corridor, for them to fix my bed and the blinking light behind the bathroom mirror. Then the elevator didn't work because the group of kids that where staying in hotel, played with it...

Fantastic spacious studio very modern with all appliances ! Great location, just in front of the bus, tram and metro station. Big mall and supermarket down the building ! I would pick it again! Nothing

Location The air conditioning is not cool at all. The pillow are horrible They won’t clean your bedroom. Even the gym facilities are dirty and dead bugs around and hot like hell

Location is good , very nice connecting room and spacious Very clean , feel very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Worst check in experience. We arrived early around 11am from red eye flight from Singapore . We stored our luggage and look like a good start with good service. Unfortunately when we came back after our lunch and shopping opposite hotel around 1:30pm and was told rooms were not ready and check in is at 3pm. We understand and sat there waiting till around 2:50pm then went up to passed our passport to this big size middle age man for him to photocopy . He coldly refused to take it and asked me to come back at 3pm. We were shocked by his rudeness .when we went to him again after 3pm, he refused again and told us to wait till he called us. Feeling tired and frustrated being treated this way, we just sat and waited till around 3:45pm then he checked us in. We went up and could not open the door ,turned our the room was occupied. We came down to tell him and he immediately gave us another set of key to our new room seem like already knowing that we were given the wrong room. He never apologised .

I have stayed at Citadines properties in many cities around the world, and they are always reliable, but Citadines Danube Vienna was truly outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, with the train station just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to explore Vienna and the surrounding areas. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and a special thank you to Christy, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop area is another highlight – a great place to relax with a beer and enjoy the views after a day of sightseeing. Overall, one of the best Citadines properties I have stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. N/A

The location was amazing!! Super close to all the transport, and the room was really spacious. Additionally thanks to all the staff, everyone was amazing at their job.

Unfortunately the room photos for “1 bed room apartments “ is not same as in actual The room is deferent and smaller and when i asked then its not same room the staff responded that we know its deferent from photos and refuced to give me the exact room and made me pay 120€ to get the room what i books

Lots of options for food and drinks for breakfast. Rooftop bar was great and bar tender was attentive and efficient. Room was comfortable. Disappointed the bar was closed on Sunday. Counter desk area in room was narrow and small.
