Very swanky and loved the extra space with the chairs attached to the hotel room! Comfortable and cozy - nothing that we didn't like!

Great location and a very quirky hotel that has been beautifully thought out and uniquely decorated. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and offered us a welcome drink and our room was ready early. Aircon could have been a little more efficient as we were there in a heatwave.

The location could not be beat and the bed was very comfortable It is not that we didn't like it, but it was a small adjustment to get used to the bathroom having a separate area but not a separate room.

Location was OUTSTANDING!! My sons bed was a bump out and he could see the Golden roof and all of the action below. Size of the room was great for 3 people. Breakfast was outstanding plenty of selection. Staff was great. There was nothing that we didn't like, except the price could be a little cheaper.

It was clean and well located It lacked any reference to being an historical boutique or unique hotel. It resembled an unimaginatively renovated modern hotel.

You will not find a better location in Innsbruck! Plus the history of the building makes for a unique stay. The staff is exceptionally helpful.

Location is excellent, right on the pedestrian zone and only a bit away from the Golden Roof. Staff was friendly and took good care of us. No refrigerator or desk in room. Cost was high for what you got. You pay for the location

The hotel was centrally located with a wonderful breakfast. The room was spacious and surprising quiet when the window were closed. The bar/reception area was nice and light. The staff was very good and the welcome drink at check in was a nice touch It was a bit loud with the windows open in the early mornings as it is the only time the street was open to traffic. All do the businesses have to get supplies at that time. But the closing the window made a huge difference.

The staff was absolutely the greatest first impression to our stay. When we had arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and hospitality. We decided to stay in the Golden Room and it was excellent. The staff treated you like royalty and always had a friendly smile. We were on a short getaway and we felt like we were in a fairytale. The views from the room were incredible. Thank you for the memories. Nothing
