This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. It’s immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly located. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. I love this place and hope to return again! Nothing

Room was cozy and luxurious at the same time. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was one of the best meals we’ve had. The breakfast was top notch with something for every palate and the space to dine was a most relaxing place to drink coffee and have second helpings. Would absolutely recommend!

The location to other attractions was perfect! We also LOVED the woman in the hotel restaurant!!!! She was so lovely and wonderful to talk to each morning at breakfast!

I read it’s about 600 years old. Modern inside. Amazing location, probably the best for any tourist. Good restaurant. Staff nice and atrentive.

The room was comfortable on the upper floor with two windows. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel cafe/tavern was excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a little dark.

Amazing stay! Staff was so helpful when I wasn't feeling well. Loved our room. Super big and comfy Lighting in the bathroom is a bit dark.

The breakfast was outstanding! Great food selection, service was excellent and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the area. The location was perfect, centrally situated. Easy access to transportation. I loved everything!

Nice room, was upgraded to suite. Breakfast really nice with lots of options including hot items you can order. Restaurant very good It’s a bit challenging to find and you have to park off site . What we were not told is that you can drive up to the hotel in the mornings before 1030. Had we been told this, we would have not made 2 trips bringing our belongings to the car in the parking garage! Also could defiantly use nicer towels. For a nice hotel, they need to upgrade this.

Perfect place to stay in Innsbruck Only small issue was a short flight of stairs to the great fifth floor suites.

The location was fabulous. The rooms were gorgeous and huge for European standards. Nice to have a big bed! So quiet- never heard anyone else while in our room (but we know there were other guests).

The staff are so kind and efficient. Katharina and Timea were very kind till our loading into the taxi. Also, the restaurant under the same owner was excellent for food quality, ambiance, and the server, Thomas.
