The location was perfect. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was VERY helpful. The ease of driving our own vehicle and getting our luggage out and into the hotel. Too busy with no where to pull over.

Perfect place, very kind staff, nice neighborhood. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The kids shower door is transparent and the kids didn’t like that.

Breakfast was fabulous. The fruit spread was amazing. I am vegan and gluten free and there were options for me. I enjoyed breakfast so much. Seriously, the different kinds of fruit offered was like nothing else. There were at least four fruits I had never seen before. I like tea at night, so they gave me a plug in kettle for the time I was there. The location was spectacular. I think this is a me problem... I am yet to figure out how not to flood a European bathroom and keep the water in the shower :) No complaints.

The room was very nice, new, modern. Air conditioned. Great bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was pretty great, not sure there's anything I'd change.

Great facilities and comfortable rooms. AC was great and the beds and linen were super. The staff there was exceptionally hospital and responsive. Overall it was exceptional. The shower was a little awkward and tall to get in and out.

The bathroom had a glass door, so no privacy. Also beware if you get the top floor the ceiling is slanted and low so my husband ran into it a few times.

Location was excellent and the room was spacious, modern and clean. The Staff was super helpful! Only negative is that it is on a busy road so a bit of noise with the windows open.

Hotel website send the facilities where wheelchair accessible and they were not. But the staff did everything they could to accommodate us

Great location. . FANTASTIC BREAKFAST....quality and spread as well as the person managing it! Great front desk personnel...helpful and very pleasant Parking however extra charge in nearby parkhouse Bathroom exhaust fan was either not working or just does not do much.

Excellent The room that was given to me was at the back, with a view to the back of buildings and debri, not a good view from that one. I requested another room and I got another one with good view. The grey carpe looks tired and the clearing staff leaves the carts, vaccums on the whole ways, it is actually not easy to work through. Could even be dangerous.

Our hotel was on a Main Street. Not too far to walk to the river or to the other side of the river. A very comfortable beautiful hotel. We thought the room was a bit small, but we were only there for one night.
