The staff, the location and how charming the whole place and house is.

Everything was great!

Everything!:-) The washing machine and dryer was located across the street, about 3-4 houses away. It would have been perfect if there was a washing machine inside the apartment.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is very thoughtfully put together with lovely touches and lots of character! We really loved the location as well - it was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed.

Spacious and Austrian style The location was good and it was easy to walk to the old town. The complimentary small bottle of sparkling wine was a nice touch. nothing to complain about

I had the worst night mare that took a long time to recover. There was no human interaction and the access card was to picked from another building which was 2 blocks away. The washroom was outside the room and I coincidentally got self locked in a thin night pyjama with no phone or even footwear and the lady who claimed to be owner was right next door but I was standing there crying like a kid frozen at the temperature of -8° for around 45mins until a stranger on road helped by calling police and police came and banged this lady door while she opened and said she is owner and opened the lock n left without even checking the well being or my state and condition though I was in her stay & in her property. I even ran to the property where I got the access card but the people clearly refused to open the door and there was hardly any human on road as the time was around 7pm. I come from a total opposite hot weather country and I froze to death for 45+ mins and it took the whole night me drinking hot water n sitting next to room heater warming my body to get normal as my bones were paining n body was frozen and I got sick for the rest of trip and was severely ill for 3 days Having washroom outside was okay but be careful to carry your phone and the access card. The hotel is on the little higher side and access to public transport from the train station is not available. You need to carry the bags and walk to reach the stop. There is a bus stop next to the hotel but the bus takes you no where necessary places.

Nice modern and big apartment Fulltime equiped kitchen Good location, 10 minutes walk to downtown Own parking space and charging possibility 2 balconies with nice view Helpfull owner Public transport to ski slopes across the road Church bells starling at 06:00 might wake you early if you are a light sleeper Living room couch is only meent for sitting straight up, half laying in a more relaxed pose after a long day of skiing is not comfortable

It was very clean and warm. The toilet was outside the room.

Nothing! Everything! It was bad enough that I had to check out 3 days early. Though I paid for 9 nights of stay. First of all, I had to walk to different buildings to get the keycard. The communication with the owner was unnecessarily confusing, and I felt very unwelcoming. Though I'm aware that the apartment is in the old building, very small with a toilet that is located outside of the room. But that's not the worst part. The toilet was clogged the whole period of my stay. I had to end up walking across the street at night when it was -5 in Innsbruck to another building just to use the toilet, which is located in the basement. The light wasn't working. A perfect haunted house story! I booked this place last minute solely because I didn't have many options and it's near to my friends apartment, that was it. A HUGE MISTAKE! The same amount of money you could find other place that is bigger and better. And probably a better host. Spare yourself the trouble!

Beautiful spacious apartment. Close to the town centre. We (2 adults and 2 teens) loved Innsbruck and wished we had a few more nights there.

Near to a supermarket and bus stop. The location is too far from the main street. About 15 mins walk. There is no toilet inside the room, need to go out from the room.

All the instructions to get to the apartment were clear, even though the location is not really as easy to access if you want to walk with your suitcases they provide you with a card (if you stay 2 nights or more) which is very useful for the usage of public transport, it was super comfortable, and the hosts receive you with a little gift to enjoy your stay. I really just used it to sleep, but had a cozy time there.

The apartment is very nice and cosy, with a typical wooden floor and a general welcoming ambience. The bedroom is Big enough for a family of 4 people (1 kid and 1 baby), the balcony very Big as well, with a beautiful view on Alps. In general, the kitchen quite well equipped and interesting info about the city and surroundings is available inside the appartment. First of all, the owner informed some days before departure about some rennovation works in the building, affecting only the stairs, not the appartment itself. They offered us a free parking nearby, which has Been very appreciated (not easy to park in that área). The reality was that the whole ground floor of the building was completely destroyed, with an excavator working inside and men at work. Nobody from the staff was onsite at the check-in to explain at least the situation... Just to say, don't worry the appartment is safe... (Not from dust coming from the works....). The appartment itself would need some rennovation as well, we found a broken shelf in the fridge, for example, one of the cooking zone did not work, and some more small defects...In general It was a nice stay, but, some details could be improved, in our opinion.

Very sweet and cozy, very comfortable bed! External toilet makes it very uncomfortable to go during the night or early mornings as everyone could see you in that way and everyone can use your toilet as well. It’s weird

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The main bedroom is large and has plenty of sunlight. The smaller room has a bunk bed and two windows, which also makes it very light. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking, and there is plenty of space for sitting down, having a quiet night in and enjoy the nice weather. The smaller bedroom faces the street and can be a bit loud in the morning. We could hear the cars and the bells of the church nearby in the morning.
