It is located in a beautiful historic building by the river, surrounded by lovely scenery and impressive mountain views. The historic city center and the mountain funicular are both within easy walking distance The location is charming, picturesque, and very convenient, and we truly enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was very good, front desk was pleasant and helpful. Quick walk across the bridge to the old center of town. When you see photos of the breakfast room, two beautiful old fashioned rooms with wood paneling and old chairs, keep in mind that the rest of the hotel looks nothing like that, very modern Best Western type. The few blocks around the hotel are run down

The view of the river from our room was beautiful and the location was perfect for walking to meals and some sights. No complaints

Exceptional location for exploring Innsbruck and wonderful front desk staff. The rooms were cozy and beds were so comfortable! We would love to come back if we ever get the opportunity to visit Innsbruck again.

Loved the location and the room was super comfortable. Loved that they had an elevator to get us to our high floor. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff was super friendly and very helpful! Nothing--everything was just perfect!

The only downside was the breakfast experience. We only had breakfast there once because the staff in the breakfast area were not welcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable. Improving the hospitality during breakfast would make the overall guest experience even better.

The location was excellent, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was really delicious. We had a very warm welcome and suggestions for places to eat plus using local transit with the staff member named Elise. When we return to Innsbrook, we will rebook the same property.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with a short walk across the river to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff and delicious buffet breakfast with good service. Our room looked out to the river and the town which was nice. Air conditioning was great for warm weather and the beds were comfortable.

We found the hotel extremely clean and well appointed plus friendly and helpful stuff. The location was also excellent. Even the added history was very nice. They provided us with free public transportation and discounts for the other tourist attractions.

Great location. Nice room. We had a sewage smell in our bathroom that leached into bedroom if bathroom door was not closed. It appears to be backup sewage gas from the shower drain. The separate tub drain was closed. We notified the front desk and they were apologetic and said it would be addressed. They next day it smelled and was not or improperly addressed. It was not until our 3rd day that it appeared to be addressed. So for two days we had to deal with this awful smell. We were in room 44. I did not want to ask to move rooms or ask for compensation because was hoping the front staff would offer a move or something. Nothing was offered. We should have never had to deal with a sewage smell in a hotel room.

Best everything ! We had the best sleep! My husband loved the Bar. I really liked the bedding. And location was great?

Excellent location. Property was clean. Nice rooms and bathrooms. They had a bar open in the evenings, which we didn’t use but others did. They had a coffee/tea machine that customers could use which was a nice touch and was appreciated. The breakfast was great! The only area that I would say could use some improvement was not all staff were pleasant or helpful. There were 1-2 front desk people that were fantastic the rest could use some customer service training.
