Nice property. Great location. Amazing people. Clean, cozy, quiet when it needed to and also very friendly and social. 3 floor. Only stairs. If you take too much stuff you must leave it on the storage room (basement)

JANA and team keep the hostel super clean and well maintained.. they are super welcoming and kind..one of the cleanest hostel i lived.I wanted to stay kne day but ended up rebooking here everyday!

on trips where i a hostel bed for the night is fine, i look for something like this - and it was perfect. privacy curtain, power source, light - job done. everything about this place was exactly right and i dont think ive ever slept better in a mixed room type setup. locked secure space with combination padlock already set up for you. nothing more u need! nothing really, i did manage at one point to turn and walk dead into the edge of the seat unit, kinda shin height - doh, perhaps these things could have some padding but i could also look where im going. =p really wasnt anything i didnt like though

Extra points for the bar being open so late in a city where it's difficult to find something open after 11 :) The room was really really warm, but we did try to keep the windows open as much as we could.

Cross the bridge it is the old town and all sights seeing locations. Walking distance to bus stops to most ski resorts. Clean and spacious rooms. The bunk bed idea is great to keep privacy and space to leave luggage and changed clothes ect.. Public areas are clean and comfortable especially the kitchen and dining area. Definitely recommend to anyone who has a budget for travel but needs a good place to stay and chill. Nothing

the bathrooms were not very clean. Very dusty like the floors had not been swept in awhile.

Amazing vibes

communication with the staff was very confusing. I had inquired details about my stay and every staff member had different information. messages were left read and ignored, which made it hard to plan my time properly.

Beyond my expectations in the most positive way!

nice kitchen for cooking The door to the shower room in my dorm (1st floor) should be redesigned. The lower edge of the door was a few inches above the ground and was very sharp. Combined with the cramped space of the shower room, I cut my ankle and bled. Please at least place some protective cover on the lower edge of the door to prevent people hurting themselves.

The female dorm showers were inconvenient. The one on the left had no warm water after *literally* 2 minutes before it was ice cold. And the one on the right is just so small it and the whole having to push the button every time thing. That wasn’t too bad though.

Literally the best hostel experience I have ever. 5 star hotel level cleanliness. Amazing social vibes. Half the people staying there are repeat customers. I will become one myself. Look forward to coming back soon! that I had to leave
