The cleaning lady's are talking in the hall super loud in the morning. When you want to rest longer, it's not the best waking up, since you can hear everything very clear in the hall. But otherwise, no complaints. Very good hotel.

Out from 5 hotels I stayed in around Europe within 2 weeks this was the best Very Clean ,modern ,car parking ,EV CHARGING ,very polite staff ,breakfast is very good from my experience it’s hard to find a hotel that meets your expectations ,that match every single detail in the pictures , I really missed the hotel after checking out Nothing

Best thing it had an AC, everything about this property was fantastic, they even provide a city card to use public transportation for free which we used to go to the city centre.

Breakfast not big choices but I found good food for me in it. Our window looked on the noisy street. There was no view absolutely.

Great hotel, nice staff, pretty rich breakfast. Parking is a bit limited, but I was lucky! Perfect for a business trip night. Bed was great!! No problems really.

The location is on the outskirts of the Innsbruck city. Free car parking with lots of available spots. Room was minimal but good for short stay. Balcony with mountain view was really refreshing. Breakfast options were limited. Not much vegetarian options. Can be improved.

There were ongoing construction work starting at 7:45 am, which is totally unacceptable.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. It's pet friendly. They provided a free crib for our baby. Breakfast was really good. Our room had a balcony and a beautiful view to the mountains. There was a bus stop next to the hotel and a shopping mall around 100/200m. Self checkin was easy and fast. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant at the hotel was really good too. They left Lindt chocolate Easter bunnies at the room for us, which was really nice.
