Set 328 feet from the Ambras Castle Gardens, family-run Hotel Charlotte is located in the quiet southern part of Innsbruck. It offers free parking and a rich breakfast buffet. My first hotel in Austria this is 2026 get Air condition. Staff just simply said we have AC room but cant accommodate they still charge me $300+ even i didn't stay there and refuse to refund to booking.com never going there.

Earlier checkin was available. Private open air Parking. Nice staff. Comfy room. Good and varied breakfast. Good quality/service-price ratae (I paid ca 95eur in April w/breakfast). About 20min walk to the center. Very near the castle (the way up...). I can recommend it. n/a

The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The room and bed were quite spacious, and the view from the balcony was simply majestic. Breakfast offered a wide range of options. While the hotel is not located in the city center, there is a tram stop just two blocks away. Ambras Castle is only a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Nothing. All was good!

A very beautiful and cozy hotel. The staff and owner are very nice and they put so much care into every detail. The place has a warm cottage ambience, with lots of beautiful flowers on the balconies and stunning views of the mountains and an old church, that makes you live in reality the dreamy scenes from a movie in Austria. It is only a short walk from the hotel to the historic Schloss Ambras, and there is a stop for the light railway line #3 (tram or street-car, whatever you call it) next to the hotel which takes you to the hauptbahnhof and city centre in just 10 minutes. There is also a bank right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The rooms we stayed were above the lounge bar. Noise was tolerable with closed windows.

The room was small, and the only ventilation was the door to the small balcony. It was very hot when we were there... a fan in the room would have been helpful. The woman who worked breakfast during the week was unfriendly/rude to us. I'm not sure if somehow we offended her or because we were American or if it was a language barrier....but she was so lovely to people around us. I felt bad about that. Overall a nice place. I would recommend.
