Beds comfy, staff friendly and good facilities. You need to put your card in to turn the lights on which doesn’t really work in a hostel environment. Many times I would be in the shower room and all lights turn off as someone else had left the room and taken their card with them.

The room was really clean, and even though it was directly next to elevator, it was quite soundproof and really calm. Free parking in Innsbruck is impossible. We found a parking place kinda close for 8€s a day, which was okay. But in general, thats a bit complicated but also not sth the hotel can possibly change.

Upon arriving, the staff were incredibly friendly and warm. The room was a bit small, however, it was clean, they provided towels and lots of different facilities, which made it a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and it was super central. I think the room was quite overpriced for what I got; this was probably a broader reflection of Innsbruck itself rather than just this hostel. However, it felt like quite a lot to pay for a shared hostel room with shared bathrooms for only a few nights. Additionally, the kitchen was very small and insufficient for the number of people using it, especially since the laundry was also in the kitchen, which made it super crowded.

Beautiful and clean, good location, good amenities Limited privacy inside of the dorms (no curtains/dividers)

good accessibility location My room (pay for 2 persons) is smaller area than my friend (pay for 1 person) but room style is same pattern and bed. We reserved in same day and same application (booking.com). My room was pay more than my friend room. And my room was 1st floor in behind of hotel, view has only other behind building (no view). my friend room was 3rd floor in front of hotel, has nice view.

I loved my stay at the MEININGER Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were very clean. The kitchen was an added bonus meaning I could use the shared fridge for storing food and making my own meals. My room was very comfortable and had a lovely view over the mountains. I'd definitely recommend this to any travellers wanting to explore all that Innsbruck has to offer!

Very nice

Internet on the fifth floor was very weak; every morning there was a strong coffee scent (while I liked coffee scent it was weird that it was so strong on the fifth floor when the kitchen was on the ground floor); staff didn't speak German and one lady charged me different prices for breakfast

Great location and big washroom Small room compared to the Salzburg and no option for luggage storage inside room.

Everything It was good

Cleanliness, location and reception staff

The washer / dryer didn't work as well as I had hoped. My clothes didn't dry after two cycles. This wasn't the end of the world, but it was an inconvenience.

Good location and the place was very clean The bed were either separated by a thin board or merged together. No privacy. I did not like Joe the bed were set up. They also charge 6 euros to hold your bag for couple of hours .

Breakfast was very minimal and lacked quality.

Clean rooms, common area, kitchen, facilities. Friendly staff. Vibrant common area. Great location. Comfortable beds.
-
No amenities in bathroom, you need to buy or carry your own brush and paste.

(I stayed some nights on female-dorm, some nights in double-room) Double room was great, lots of windows, good wifi, lots of space and good for remote work. Ski storage room is great and has boot heaters. Location is also decent, walking distance to the historic area. Female-dorm was stuffy, no storage so everyone's luggage is scattered all over. Also it's placed in a stairwell so any noise produced in the stairwell (walking, talking) echoes into the female dorm. Some staff were great, some staff made life challenging when you have unique requests. For example I wanted to upgrade from dorm to own room, and was willing to pay the difference, but I had to fight for it. At any other hotel, the staff would be glad to let someone pay more to switch rooms, so it was silly that I had to argue for it.

Journey to and from the station by foot made it worthwhile. Staff was very helpful, rooms were cozy and breakfast provided was exceptional.

The water out of the tap was the best tap water ive ever had. The linen was clean, the beds were nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for the whole family. The location was fantastic. The price for the room in comparison to others of equal quality was expensive. We were listening to the elevator go up and down all night, and the sounds of loud college kids late at night were waking us up. Also the TV channel could only be changed if we turned off the TV every time we wanted to change the channel. No smart TV either.

The dining room, and the view that I had in my room The bathroom was not very clean, because people use it, and the weren’t very clean and I don’t know if it was clean before. My bed was not med or someone use it, but its not a big deal.
