The rooms do not have blackout blinds/curtains, so it was quite bright in the room very early in the morning. The rooms also do not have AC and although it cooled down a bit at night, it was too hot and humid in the room during the day.

Great Location - nice park and shops nearby, walking distance to the train/bus station. Super friendly/helpful staff. Quiet room, comfy bed, great shower. Nice kitchenette, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Great stay. Staff were excellent and gave us information on the area. Free coffee. Sauna was great after a long day of hiking and biking. Be sure to use the bikes available

Great staff and location.

Such a lovely place! This is our third stay in Innsbruck in a relatively short period, and Pradl Elf is my favorite! The apartments are very conveniently located next to Sillpark, at the end of the main street in Pradl, within a relaxed 20-minute walk to the center of Innsbruck. The rooms are nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Our room had a small terrace overlooking a small garden. The staff is very friendly and professional. They send all the necessary information for a smooth check-in.

The wifi was pretty slow and unreliable.

While not near the old town, transportation to the hotel from the train station was easy in the F bus, or a pleasant 15 minute walk through the city park. From the train station, there are many buses or another 12 minutes to the center of the old town. Our room was big enough and well equipped; I think many rooms are smaller. Also, this was in a residential area and so was calm and not at all touristy — a nice break. Our room was overlooking the road and there was traffic noise, though not much at night and it did not wake us. There was no breakfast option but nearby cafes and bakeries (so not a problem)

Great soundproofing, great facilities, great service.

The hotel building has a rustic tyrolean-style charm, but hat been nicely refurbished. You can reach the city center by foot in about 15 minutes. The rooms are equipped with a little, well equipped kitchen corner. During the time of our stay (christmas holidays), there was no breakfast served (we of course did not pay for breakfast as well). The room was quite cold, when we arrived.

Reception was closed in the afternoon. Fortunately self check-in is possible. No microwave and soap.

Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

Fantastic location and nice staff. We appreciated that they were dog friendly and had a small kitchenette. Apartment was clean.

Location was good, in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to restaurants and shops, and around 15 minutes to the train station. The room was spacious for the two of us, and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a pitcher of fresh water with glasses, coffee maker, and thick, soft bath towels. The room was sufficiently dark for sleeping. The staff were friendly and kind. We had no complaints about this hotel.

Nice room with kitchen and patio. Nice bathroom, pleasant staff. Close to river. Nothing.

They provide free bicycles, if available as per your luck. Also fan was available in the room as it was summer days.

Cute little hotel in a great quiet location, the lady at the check in counter was super helpful and sweet.
