The guy who check us in was rude. All vending machines were broken. When we got back to the hotel I. The evening there were over 100 people in the parking lot partying. Would not recommend

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean

Property was good, but front staff were difficult to find some times. Had to give a $100 cash deposit? Was unaware of this when I showed up and have never had to do this before. For this reason probably would not stay here again.

Nice comfortable beds and big spacious room.

I didn’t realize my check out date was Thursday so I came back 45 min after check out. I told them no thank you, I’ll stay somewhere else. They then proceeded to tell me I need to pay them more money to get my belongings from my room. Stay away from this hotel. Broken emergency exit lights. Broken everything.

Stayed one night. Good location next to freeway and plenty places to eat driving north on Roberts St. Their breakfast is, well, be prepared to find your own or bring something. They have a kitchenet but no pan or dishes or utensils. I would stay there again.

Great place

Unfortunately our stay started terribly with a very abrupt and rude member of staff. The room was spacious and perfectly functional but could have been cleaner. The towels, bath mat and shower curtain were awful but given the attitude at reception we didn't bother to pursue that (it had already been a very long day) and we had a very early start the next day.

We did not see any staff, breakfast area and elevator got some dirty they don’t care after a few time we said , they cleaned up

The only breakfast options were coffee and bagels.

Unexpected $100 cash damage deposit was demanded to check in and required to stay. Huge inconvenience and very stressful given the poor condition the room was in and the confusion surrounding how to get the deposit back.

The property it self was ok but the room could use a deep cleaning and an update so can the furniture. Stay was ok for the amount of time we were there but I wasn’t impressed.

Lobby was very nice, staff were professional and friendly. Room was more than I expected. It was set up like a studio cute and cozy.

The price Pillows smell horrible and beds dirty

Property was good. It was a bite dated from what I could tell. Cosmetic repairs that were needed. Was cleans, beds comfortable. We only stayed one night was a good stay for the very few hours we were there.

We waited about 10 minutes for any staff to be available at check in and check out. As in, nobody was at the front desk and didn’t respond to the “ring bell for service.” Floors in the room were quite dirty. Shower contained what looked like mold or mildew. My pillow was like cotton balls. Daily cleaning services were satisfactory. The lobby decor looks nice.

Big room with full kitchen (zero utensils/cups/silverware). Nice big bed with a pull out couch/sitting area. Also a good location for our purposes. I travel a lot. The WORST “breakfast included” I’ve ever experienced. Arrived at 8:30 to find: sliced white bread, two plane mini bagels and frozen toaster waffles that had been laid out to thaw so they were so soft that they sank down in the toaster. Bad coffee and OJ. That’s everything. No cereal, no milk, no fruit, no yogurt…nothing else but those three bread items. Luckily had a large fridge in the room and a grocery store nearby so we could have something to eat in the morning.
