Clean place great staff

Clean room good staff.

The room was terrible. They do not care about their customers. I was in a room and the sheets were bad, dirty, and most of everything in the room didn’t work. I would not recommend this room hotel to anyone.

Don’t expect a breakfast because all they had was toast a couple Eggo waffles which were gone by 7:30 am. Room was nice as it had 2 stove top burners, sink and medium sized fridge if you planned on cooking. Only bad thing about the room was the shower was not the cleanest or best shape.

Front desk staff was friendly, but communication was an issue. Free Continental breakfast consisted of sliced white bread, mini bagels and frozen toaster waffles that were left out with the bread to thaw.

Paint on the walls were peeling and the toilet handle was broken, but other than that, it was okay.

Breakfast included ? Some white bread , raisin bagels and frozen eggos that are left to unthaw . Juice machine that's always watered down . I booked my stay from June 8th-19th. The first night I was suppose to arrive after midnight . I had transportation issua was on my way there around 4am looked at my expedia and the hotel canceled the reservation kept my payment for the night. Ended up showing up the 9ths around 2pm to wait for check-in. When I checked out. I cleaned my room made my bed took all garbage out. It was clean besides needing a base clean and wipe down . I smoke cigarettes and went out a lot . They always seen me coming down. I was leaving today and without even going up that Indian lady with that smug ugly face tried telling me she's taking the fee for smoking that it was just confirmed it smells like smoke. She didn't even go up. I had just come down to check out. I repeatedly said let's go see let's go together I don't smoke in there you see me come down all day. . She tried to say cause I had my sister there one day that she was taking my deposit for that . I told her if it was an issue of her being there why didn't anyone say anything told her to check cameras she didn't stay over night . I eventually got her to agree to give it . No right to keep it. She said but if I ever see you back I'm calling the police to trespass you. Your not allowed here. I spend over 780 staying there Indian hotel scam. Icky

Room was clean but could've been cleaner overall it was ok

We are very happy here and the staff are helpful and friendly. Everyone is accommodating and the breakfast is nice and the coffee is fresh.

There was no meat for breakfast like bacon or sausage. That was my only issue but everything else was great

But take note! The so-called "continental breakfast" is AWFUL! Literally cheap waffle, bagel and toast, with the coffee the only real reason to visit. No fruit, no yogurt, nothing. And heaven help you if you arrive late at 8am - all the limited cream cheese spread, and butter will be gone. Everytime I go downstairs for breakfast, no one is happy. The last day I skipped breakfast because I couldn't bear to see the sour faces. We did love the king sized bed in our room, as well as microwave, fridge, and ample desk space. The shower leaks water however if you bathe too long. The toilet lid desperately needs a replacement; sitting down is a health hazard. Daily housekeeping was more than decent. The third floor ice machine did cause a brief moment of alarm and amusement because hitting the ice button caused the machine to rumble and the floor to shake! Front desk apparently knows about this because they seemed unsurprised. You get what you pay for - good price for 4 nights.

The kitchen was clean and linens were nice and clean. Continental breakfast has waffles, bagels and toast that was fresh and healthy. I reported a few broken things and said there is not a problem and they are aware of the damages. Was affordable for weekend stay and would recommend to family and friends.

The only complaint is the breakfast...Very unsatisfied.

I was not familiar with the area. The night clerk I really didn’t care for. I thought he was a bit unprofessional. I really enjoyed the room I was staying in. Great view from my window looking at another roof. I felt safe in the area.

Great stay.

It's a good hotel they just need to hire more staff.
