Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Inver Grove Heights/Minneap

The water coming thru the bathroom ceiling at 4 in the morning.

The place was clean and so was the room.

Desk clerk started coffee for us at 4am when we came down to check out so we could take a cup with us.

Location The mattress is brutal. Some.components in the room are a little suspicious... like the TV mount, the toilet seat, and the bathroom counter

It was clean, quiet, very accessible to so many things. Gas and restaurants near by. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was always very good. Parking was plentiful.

Clean room, excellent breakfast, friendly, easy to understand staff, truck/rv parking. And the shower had plenty of water, hot water.

The room was clean on the surface, bed comfortable. The TV remote control was very sticky. The elevator was not working.

no counter space to put toiletries on in bathroom ,the shower is very uncomfortable. to noise everything seems to echo in the hallways !

Only thing we didn’t like was we had a third floor room and the elevator was broken. We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor

The elevator was broken. Pillows were super lumpy. Bed was hard. Even though I set the room for a certain temp it never stayed. Felt muggy and warm still. It did the job so we are thankful for that.

We had a great time.

It was clean and the staff were very kind. The only complaint is when I checked in the front desk lady said the doors are locked 24 hours a day which made me feel very safe staying by myself there. But, every time I went to the side door, day or night it was unlocked.

Stayed here due to the reviews. When I arrived the elevator was broken, 3rd floor smelled like someone smoked and they tried to mask it, beds were like sleeping on concrete and finally the walls in the room were dirty like someone splashed food on them. The tv didn't work and the toilet was so short. The staff was very nice otherwise. In my opinion wasn't up to what the reviews mentioned.
