The hotel was reasonably priced, not centrally located, quiet, and the staff were very hospitable. There are no microwave ovens in the rooms, but there is one near the front desk. I would gladly stay again. Oh, and the room and common areas were very clean.

The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help. No one knows anything and they don’t know why anything ever happens. Pool was closed for “maintenance,” however there was nothing wrong, they joked it was so they didn’t have to clean it. They don’t offer a free breakfast for dealing with their illegal bull crap. Such a bummer, I enjoyed this hotel. I will never be staying here again. You guys lost a loyal, long staying customer. I’m beyond livid. P.S don’t stay here unless you like sleeping in others blood/bodily fluids. Also they don’t answer for refunds or to help anyone, I’ve had to use Expedia and they are dodging them now as well

Dead trees, weeds everywhere, trash in parking lot. The amenities advertised, particularly the bar/restaurant and pool, were closed the entirety of our stay. Their excuses: not enough guests to open restaurant; pool water waiting to be tested. Police on site 2 days of our weekend stay. The "dog run" had broken gate, not cleaned and broken metal lying around. Elevator rattled/shook and sounded like it was going to break down. The "boutique" experience is not what we witnessed. It was borderline a dive hotel.

The room had a funky smell despite being non-smoking, so I tried airing it out. Then my daughter noticed a sticky substance on the walls, so she washed her hands and we figured we'd just avoid touching them. The main lamp had burned-out bulbs, though the smaller lamps worked. Next we found a large stain on the floor, pee stains on parts of the mattress, and stains on a pillow. After only five minutes in the room, I decided we needed another option. The front desk said we could cancel and leave, so I went through the hassle of finding another hotel. From our brief time in the lobby, it was clear we weren't the only unhappy guests. I later called to ask about the refund timeline and was told that because I'd sat on the bed and used their soap, they had changed their mind about refunding us. When I began explaining the long list of issues, they'd heard enough and hung up. Um, what?!? First the hotel wasn't as advertised, then they reversed their promise that we could leave without penalty. I'm happy to pay 5 cents for a bar of soap after touching sticky walls, but how that equals a 3-night stay bewilders me. If you don't like deceptive practices, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The property was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the mattress could have been better. Overall the stay was great.

Excelente servicio

Good price and close to the friends I visited. Loved the Stock Yard theme. Another part of downtown St Paul where I had lived previously.

We had a very clean room. Although breakfast was advertised, it was not available. Had items you could buy but nothing free of charge. Had a small restaurant but only open if hotel had enough guests. No microwave in room. We were within 10-15 minutes from everywhere we needed to be so location was good. Had some interesting shops/businesses close by also. Does allow dogs and even has an off leash area outside for them.

It's a Budget friendly hotel keep that in mind . The front desk people were very nice I didn't need nothing more than check in on my visit . My room was clean looked close to the picture from the website , beautiful wall paper of Minneaplis and bed clean . The furniture had wear and tire and some spots on the carpet , the TV was outdated but had good cable channels. Only issue the bathroom tub / toilet was not too clean but I did get a different room than the one I booked online . The bathroom had a chemical smell . Cons Pool full of kids /teen and old elevator and not in a close area to things must have a car . Overall would stay again no bugs so I was satisfied .

There was no breakfast offered. When I booked it said hoteL had a restaurant. I was told the restaurant is close for next few months , and has been closed. while booking said hotel had a pool. I extended my stay. 4 days I was there the pool was only open 1 day. the carpet needs cleaning and room had bugs and dead bugs behind furniture. The entrance windows has not been cleaned in months. someone must over heard me talking on phone about hotel. They tried cleaning the windows the next day. The outside of hotel dead tree in front and landscape needs manicuring and bushes needs trimming.

It was convenient for our hockey tournament. Staff was very nice. A lot of the times you could swim in the smell of marijuana. But I get it. It is legal now and at a very reasonable motel you get more those kind of people that wanna smoke that stuff all the time. If they could only smell themselves. But our rooms were great. they did not smell like that so it was just a passing so if anybody’s reading this, don’t let this detour are you. Everybody gets those kind lol nothing wrong with those kind but it’s just the smell.
