Dated and dingy. Not well kept and the food service makes the entire hotel smell. Lobby and hallways smell bad. The room was not as bad as the common areas. Cheap. You get what you pay for.

The two rooms that we had were dirty. Lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furniture was very dirty. Ants in the rooms…in wastebaskets and on counters. When we reported the ants the front desk didn’t say anything or apologize.

The room smelled Strongly like powdered carpet freshener- it caught in our throat when we entered the room. We never heard a vacuum cleaner during our entire stay even though cleaning staff were in the hallway. Luckily we could keep the windows open and the bathroom fan going which helped a bit. There were some bolts hanging out of the wall in our room and near the elevator the wall’s paint was scratched off. What used to be a hotel’s name we trusted has gone down in our opinion.

The hotel is pretty worn down. The first room that I was in TV did not work and it was a very foul odor in the room. They moved me to a different floor at least this time. The TV worked still had an odor but not as bad as the first room.

Very dirty room, missing a bed before we were moved! Staff was helpful and accommodating, but not recommended.
-
Location Lobby furniture was horrible. People were sleeping on sofas. Even though we reserved the 3 pm shuttle, the clerk had to call someone and it was 15 min late

Room was clean, didnt see staff much. Hot tub was kinda dirty and way to hot.

Hotel was very dirty( grouns, room, pool area!)

We didn't have towels in our room upon arrival- and when we asked for some they only gave us 4 even though our room was set up for 6 and that's how many travels we had. We asked for a later check out and that was denied. They said there was an issue with my deposit and if I didn't give them my card number again it wouldn't be returned. Our shower didn't drain properly either. Bedding was stained and had holes in them.

Pur second room was clean and comfortable. Our first room was not clean- it had old food and bottle caps laying around- the window did not not lock and the screen was partially pulled out. The staff came up right away to check out the room and switched was to a new room - which was fine. They had a very quick response and switched us to another room quickly.

Paint was coming off of walls! A fire alarm went off at midnight and no information as to what was going on was given. There was a phone in the room. Staff was not as friendly and helpful as other places we have stayed. Everything in our room was satisfactory and clean!!

Good

Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap.

Ants all over the bed, weird smell in the room, gross shower.

Very good

First two positives, the male employee at check in was very pleasant to work with (wish I got his name) and the bed was comfortable after I cleaned it off. However, the young lady who was at the counter, was more interested in her tablet and phone than acknowledging when guest spoke. Never in my life have I stayed a more safety hazard prone hotel. The elevator button is smashed in, myself and another couple were stuck at the door wouldn't stay open. There was piles of trash left out in the hallways, which already smelt of mold and just old air. My shower and bedding were dirty, found hairs and nail clippings. Random people loitering in the lobby, assuming friends of the staff. My microwave looked like it had been burned multiple times on the inside. One outlet was completely busted by the window and had exposed wires. Multiple stains on the carpet and furniture. I am all understanding of outdated but this is the worse Wyndham property.
