Fantastic welcome from our host Joan. Accommodation was lovely, the rooms a good size snd bright. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely dtay here again. Nothing. All good.

A very pleasant and helpful host. The property was attractively decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were several good restaurants nearby. Quite steep stairs!

The Property was well located the rooms were clean large and comfortable The only minor point that didn’t effect us was there was no lounge available which as we were a small party could have improved our experience

My wife & I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bed and breakfast, especially the hosts, Joan & Bobbie. They were both so friendly & kind. They went out of their way to make our two night stay so enjoyable - including making sure my wife had enough food options at breakfast due to her allergies to both gluten & dairy. Thank you Joan & Bobbie!! Nothing.

We liked how the host greeting went and her help getting our bags up the stairs. The Scottish decore was marvelous. The walking proximity to town was excellent.
