The location of the B&B was good but the parking was a bit odd to get to but we managed. The staff were extremely pleasant. The washroom in the room was very comfortable and had enough room to move around. The shower was great. I wasn't aware the rooms were above a bar. The room was a bit awkward as part of the ceiling was slanted and made the room feel closed in.

We had an attic style room on the top floor, very spacious, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed.

The staff is amazing. My room was quiet, clean, and nice. The restaurant has some really great food and drink. It's close enough to everything but still away from the hustle and bustle.

The location, our room and the staff were great! The restaurant was also delicious.

I thought the room was nice, and the bathroom was clean and updated. It would not be possible to truly have a quiet room given the age of the building and location in the city. We thought the building was very historically charming. We appreciated the fan and heater that were supplied in the room (we used the fan due to the warm weather). Perhaps making the door a bit more soundproof so you would not hear everything in the common hallway would be helpful.

Perfect location, close to everything but in a quiet area. Room was spacious and clean, felt very homey. Beds comfy. Little noise from downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Restaurant downstairs was the best meal we had the entire trip.

Location was perfect. The restaurant that it belongs to is really good! The staff were so friendly. There were a couple little things broken- hook behind the bathroom door and the close up mirror is falling off the wall, but nothing a little work can’t fix.

The location of the property was great, it was right downtown in Inverness close to many shops and restaurants. Despite the hotel, not having dedicated parking, it is located conveniently just two blocks away from a very large, long-term parking garage. The room itself is cozy, acquaint, and decorated well. I’d love this tile bathroom and the large bathtub and the large bathroom in general. It had a sweet little coffee station. And very convenient having the nice barn restaurant just downstairs. The place was dirty and loud. Unfortunately, the big beautiful bathtub that I was so excited to be in, revealed some dirty scum, and hair that was left over when I went to fill up the bathtub. Additionally, I started noticing that the floors of the bathroom were Covered in some kind of dust that hasn’t been mopped properly. The soaps in the shower were watered down and not soap in the least. The towel hook in the bathroom was missing, broken and completely ripped off. And finally the building, I recognize that it is old, is so loud. We could hear every single door closing, but for some reason, the sound was amplified as if there was a thunderstorm going on throughout the night. Additionally, you can hear every single thing that happens on the street. Thank goodness that it wasn’t on a busier street because we were woken up multiple times throughout the night. Despite the cuteness of the place, I would really seriously consider staying somewhere else again.

Lovely room in central location. The room was very quiet. Excellent breakfast and happy helpful staff No on site parking. Used rise street car park which added 11 pounds per day

It's a little odd checking in to a place to stay at the bar with the waitress; however, the place was actually very nice. Location is great, parking is very close. The bunk beds were not the most comfortable for an adult but for children would be fine.
