The room itself was so beautiful. It was spacious, lovely views from the window. We absolutely loved the room. The location of the hotel is undoubtedly the best in Inverness. Breakfast could be improved and service could be slightly faster. The bathroom was clean and spacious but less modern. I think since the building is old, they must have limited options in plumbing. The taps and shower outlets were old fashioned.

Great location on the River Ness. Wonderful restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. No air conditioning, which is manageable with opening the windows, but no screens on the windows or light curtain or shade to draw other than the heavy woolen drape, which blocked the air…

Amazing location, great, tasteful and practical amenities, lovely breakfast. The apartment was roomy and the loft fantastic for children. Definitely staying there again on our next visit! The entrance to the apartment was actually behind the parking lot but the inside more than makes up for it.

A terrific dinner with very good choices, all beautifully cooked. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast, again with good choices. Nice dining room with a good ambience and vibe and a nice lounge bar with live music on the night we stayed there. Location was great with the river Ness to the front with lovely walks along the river bank. Not cheap in mid summer.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. The location was close to the city center. They also agreed to let us use the parking even after we checked out. The staff was kind. Nothing!

I like the staff they were friendly, exceptionally friendly The bathroom was very dirty and it ruined my stay. The corners of the shower were black with dirt because they were never cleaned. And when I told the lady in the morning about this issue, while I was doing my check out, as I only stayed one day, it was clear she had no intention of relying this issue to the manager. And claimed it was because the manager was on a business trip. It's not acceptable. Also the sheets of the blanket had ketchup stains on them it grossed me out so much I slept without a blanket. I unfortunately didn't take pictures and really regret it, but I thought the receptionist would take this issue seriously so I thought pictures were not needed for a 4 stars hotel.

Great location on the river, close to the centre of town. Walking distance to some of the sites. Nice restaurant on site and separate bar. Good breakfast. Booked 2 club rooms. Same price. One was upstairs, it was tiny, shower was ridiculously small, there was a TV in the room, but it was the size of a computer screen. Would not have been a problem if I hadn't seen the other room.
