They only accept cash. The breakfast was rather modest. And I had no toilet paper in my room. The area is noisy on weekends but earplugs solve the problem.

The staff was amazing! They were so helpful. I am traveling by motorcycle and they may have saved my life! They recommended a safer route for me and I am so grateful. Breakfast was good and the shower was nice. The nooks and crannies could’ve been a little bit cleaner. Overall, it was OK. But there was a little bit of dirt and things in the corners. Not a dealbreaker! I would stay again.

The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The view was nice. The first night was extremely cold and the staff offered us additional blankets and the security guard would periodically check on our well-being. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. It was a bit far from both of the town's plazas, as well as, the mall, so there were very few options for eating anytime after 5PM. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order during our stay.

It was a decent, clean, no fuss place to crash for a couple of nights while visiting the Las Lajas area. The rooms were kind of small.

It is modern and clean The mattress was lumpy and there was noise from the hallway at night.

The staff attention was great. The breakfast was delicious and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Although it wasn't their mistake, the cold temperature is crazy. At night the rooms was at almost 2 degrees celcious. Probably the windows are not protected from the outside weather.

The tv was not working well. Staff tried to fix it and we said it was ok to be fixed next day.

Convenient location to the border, clean part of the city. The price listed in Booking was $23.00 US. At checkout in Booking the price increased to $28 with no indication why there was an increase. Paying at the hotel the total price was $30 and due to the language barrier I could not understand why there was 3 different prices. There have been times when VAT was included in the final price but that should not be the case as a traveler with a foreign passport is not charged VAT, at least that is my understanding. So due to this situation I rated the hotel as not a good value.
