Room is a little small but it manageable.

Good location in town near lots of restaurants. Hotel staff very nice and friendly and helpful. They had a scuba diving equipment drying room which came in handy for getting all our items dry before packing. Room on the smaller side as well as the bathroom.

Overall, there isn't much to complain about. The room was a bit tight to open 2 suitcases & there appears to be dirt/cobwebs higher on the ceiling that should be cleaned.

Nice staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast, might help to rotate some dishes. Low Water pressure on 5th floor.

Bathroom shower and sink share the same faucet, little cramped bathroom.

Great breakfast and the room was well equipped and clean. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town and on the main drag of the island. Service was wonderful too. Excellent value for money

There is free sake all you can drink all day long and free amenities, including face masks! The location is great, right in the middle of the city.

Great english speaking staff with friendly attitude. Superb location for taking the boat to the islands. Great sake bar Breakfast was included but not so good possibly because it was included

Staff were all lovely, it’s super close to the port if you want to visit other islands, the bar is nice and the free drinks throughout the day were appreciated. There were people consistently smoking on our floor unfortunately, the room was a bit tired and the springs had gone in the bed, breakfast was okay… I think the photos on booking.com are a bit misleading as it shows one nice bit of the lobby but the rest of the hotel doesn’t match that.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location, in city center and close to the harbour. And very convenient for divers : a special room (floor 1) to hang and dry your diving equipment ??

Central location to restaurants, ferry and shopping! The room provided a small refrigerator and safe that we used! Air conditioner that also heated the room was perfect when temperatures dropped to 50's. Room was smaller than expected but comfortable and clean!

- great front desk staff that are very polite and welcoming. - nice rooftop terrace. - spacious and beautiful room. - breakfast is amazing and also there’s free all you can dri no Orion beer. - not really a big issue but the wifi connection was not that good. but I mean it’s the islands, so you wouldn’t really expect high speed Internet.

Rooms were small but since I was using it to sleep it worked for me.

Lobby was beautiful, good included breakfast. You can borrow beach towels and umbrellas. Bed was too hard with an old mattress. Rooms smelled like mildew.
