Location was exceptional.

Property was excellent. Clean. Great location We were in #8. The mattress sucked. No box springs, mattress is placed on top of a concrete pad.

Location, room was big Fan was broken, toilet was broken. Music from beach club was too loud we couldnt sleep Staff wasn’t nice

Having a decent breakfast included and great lounge chairs with umbrellas reserved were a huge plus and one less thing to worry about daily. Generally very good, attentive staff, clean facilities and great central location if you want to be in the thick of it in town. There were a few items in the room that required some maintenance such as towels hooks, screen door and very poor entry door soundproofing (you could hear other peoples doors constantly slamming).

The location is excellent. It’s close to food, drinks, and just about everything you need on the island. You can skip the golf cart and use an inexpensive cab if you need to go farther than you want to walk. The bed was very firm. To their credit, housekeeping added a topper, which helped somewhat.

Location They say that beach chairs are reserved for guests but the front row is for sale only so yes we had chairs but guests are relegated to the back.

It was gorgeous and clean and the location was ideal. Loved the beach beds. Felt very exclusive The restaurant was excellent for breakfast- go somewhere else for lunch or dinner

The property grounds were absolutely beautiful. Loved the smaller, boutique option for our stay. There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

The property was beautiful! Quiet, safe , lots of greenery. Staff was extremely kind and helpful! Food was great. And amazing fresh drinks at the beautiful beach club! I didn’t have much to complain about at all . There was a stain on one the pillow covers but that was it. Not a huge deal.

I liked the hotel very much especially the staff and front office very helpful and friendly amazing customer service!!!!!!!! Very clean and overall amazing stay will be definitely be staying again!!!

The door to the shower didn't open all the way and made entering the shower difficult.

Cold water in the shower. You have to wait 10-20 minutes for it to arrive, and it’s not stable. Also, the water pressure is low which makes it hard to take a shower. The room is nice but overall the feeling is over priced. It’s too expensive for the hotel facilities, and the price goes mostly for the location and terrific beach (and pool).

When I first entered the bathroom after check-in, I discovered an old, used piece of underwear left behind from a previous guest. I immediately informed the man at the front desk at the time — his name might have been Frederico — he was wearing a pin from the sister hotel next door. Today, when I mentioned the incident again to the woman at the front desk, she did not apologize or offer any acknowledgment.This is not only unacceptable — it represents a serious failure of your housekeeping and quality control standards.

Close to the beach, very nice and comfortable rooms. Great variety of drinks and food at their restaurant. Located next to the best beach of the island. Liked everything
