The hotel is located on the main coastal street of downton of Isla Mujeres. So, location is unbeatable as you can go to beach (literally crossing the street), beach clubs (5 min walking) or the restaurants street (3 min walking). The hotel itself is an old building - but they have took care of it. Inside is cozy and quiet. I got lucky and was booked in one of the two rooftop rooms - which have a very ample terrace, which is a great plus for relaxing. Definitely a great place to be in Isla Mujeres! It's a comment - and not really under control of the hotel: as you are on a main street, at night some locals can still be partying on the beach in front, which could bring some noise to the room. But, hey, that's beach life!

Very clean, the operator kept me informed. All my requests were accommodated without delay.

Location. Kitchen area could have been a bit more functional.
-
No fan..no microwaveo

The bed was a little tight for our liking, but we made it work.

Most rude place I’ve ever been
-
Location, room size, balcony, garden.
-
Hot water in the shower lasts only 2 minutes before it runs out.. This is the only reason which would prevent us from staying here again.

Perfect location in front at playa Centro, close to playa Norte and to Av. Guerrero with plenty of restaurants to choose. Nice terrace to enjoy the sunset. Even though it’s central location, not noisy at all. My room was on the second floor and it didn’t have an elevator. My mistake to come with a big luggage because I was coming from another week on Cancún. Weight lifting o the way in and out.

Right across the beach on the north part of the island.

Loved the property. No issues!

I spend a lot of time in Isla Mujeres and have stayed in many types of accommodations, so I am very familiar with the different experiences and price ranges. Antillas is charming, affordable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located near the beach and Hidalgo street. I extended my stay twice, and they were so accommodating and flexible. We did have to move to another room for the last three days, but the transition was seamless. I really appreciated the staff and the cleaning people. Everyone was kind and friendly, and they responded immediately to every request. Bonus, the shop guys on the street kept a spot for my golf cart right out front, and even parked it for me a few times. Bonus #2, they allow pets!

Room was spacious and clean and comfortable with a nice terrace facing the beach. Little noise at night but not too bad.

Short walk from the ferry and right across the street from the beach. Communication was excellent and was provided with photos that made it very easy to find this quiet little boutique hotel that does not have a sign out front. A market, restaurants and shops markets or nearby. I often have problems with the beds, but these were super comfortable. The pillows were hard as others have remarked, but we expected that . The Daily housekeeping was exceptional and the shampoo and soap we replenished daily. The little turtle soaps were an adorable touch We were kindly given extra beach towels whenever we requested. And the free beach chair and umbrella which were provided at request were in excellent condition . The large bottled water dispenser outside the office was a so helpful and we really appreciated not having to carry bottle water from the market every day. Definitely recommend if you like a low-key private vibe. Beach across the street plays loud music from speakers on the weekends and the swimming area was not quite as nice as north beach.. This wasn’t the vibe that we were looking for. . We came here primarily to spend the days on the beach and it the ocean. Happily, we easily found the Mayan Beach club a short walk up the street that was quieter with absolutely breathtaking water to enjoy.

We stayed in the Turtle room, the one shown and it was very nice, especially for the price. While it is somewhat humble, it has everything you need for a great stay. Perfect location, fantastic AC that never went off, comfortable beds, great shower, mini fridge and coffee maker, free filtered water and best of all - the amazing balcony. We had coffee every morning and watched the town wake up. Right in town so all amenities nearby. My only complaint is that the pool, while lovely, is not accessible to anyone unable to get out of a 4 foot pool without any stairs, ladder or railing. And the furniture here could use an update. If you’re older like me and consider sitting at the pool a big plus, this may disappoint you. But if your fit and prefer the beaches, this place is ideal! Very good value for the price.

First time to Isla Mujeres and this location was perfect for exploring Playa Norte and Hidalgo Street. Playa Centro is also across the street and the owner provides beach chairs and an umbrella. The room came with double queen beds. Room and bathroom were very clean. Provided in the room was a fridge, table, hanging closet area, couch, toaster and utensils. A/C and personal ceiling fans above each bed with remote. Plenty of counter space and mirrors for two woman to get ready. Free water on the premise as well! Pool area seemed nice, didn’t visit since beach was right across. Owner was friendly and available for any concerns. Some mild noise from the street since room does face a busy street however much of the island closes around or before 10pm. As someone who is sensitive to noise I bring earplugs with me all the time and had no problem with the noise once I used them and had a comfortable sleep.

Good location right across from the beach and down the street from the ferry terminal. Nice beach view terrace. Everything you need for a good stay in Isla Mujeres.

We had everything we needed. Lots of kind little touches throughout. And the location was perfect. Overlooking the street and directly across from the beach. We were very happy.

Comms from manager was good. I liked the honey shampoo I am not sure if my expections are too high but as a minimum when I walk into somewhere I expect that there is enough to make a cuppa coffee or tea. Unfortunately not.

Location was right across from beach and very close to dining and shopping. Communication with the hotel excellent and they were accomdating, by allowing us to store our bags before the room was ready. Room was a little run down, but was very clean.
