I stayed in the Junior Suite. The location is excellent! Very close to the ferry, the beach, restaurants and bars. I like that they provide free beach chairs and beach towels (with refundable deposit) as well as free coffee in the morning. They have large jugs of water for sale on site for an excellent price - this saved me time and energy and money hauling water to my room! Very clean! Unfortunately the bed is very hard, says this Canadian ? Many countries are used to and prefer firm beds.

The hotel was closed to the malecón, supermarket and many restaurants. Playa Norte was about 10 minutes walk away and about 10 minutes walk to the ferry back to Cancun. It was a good value for the money. We had a good night's sleep after enjoying the day at the beach.

Very close to the beaches. Restaurants. But not to close to the noise ! Very Clean. Best coffee !!!! Nice staff. Helpful. This was a wonderful stay. Affordable !

Location was perfect to where our other friends were staying, easy walking distance to the beaches and restaurants, a friendly atmosphere all around. The staff were wonderful and always had a smile on their faces which was wonderful to see More beach chairs as we didn’t get to use any for the first week of our stay. Many of the guests kept the chairs in their rooms so no one else could use them. Changing our beach towels daily would have been a nice bonus.

Great location, a couple blocks from the beach and was great for New Years Eve, when we were able to walk back to the room to get drinks, use the bathroom whenever we wanted, while watching the concerts at Parque Principal. Nothing really, the hotel is simple but very comfortable, provides a great atmosphere at a great location if you want to spend a couple of days in Isla Mujeres without needing a car. The bathroom feels a little tight on the toilet area, but nothing that really impacted our comfort or stay overall.

I like the room weee clean I didn’t like there was hot water in the shower for 20 seconds then good water. I didn’t like the staff change our beach towels every 2 days.

Our room was a suite and a great size. Friendly staff, great location. Warm shower water ran out pretty quick, but to be expected on the island!
