Location Hotel is extremely dark, breakfast is very bad , the room overlooks trash; the staff is very bad did a mess up with scheduling that I had to check out a day earlier . Will never book there again and don’t recommend it . It’s more like 2 star hotel but labeled as 4 star hotel .,

In the heart of the best district of Istanbul. Everything you need is with in walking distance. The friendly staff, location, cleanliness and comfort

Everything was great.The room and the bathroom were very clean and the service was great.The breakfast was o.k.however the only thing that lacked was that there was no variety.It would be great if they could add more choices for breakfast. Everything was great however as I pointed out above the breakfast offered needs to be improved.

Bathroom needs to be renovated which shows signs of mold around the corners of bathtub. Towels needs to be replaced also they are worn out, but they are clean ,

This is great clean hotel with VERY nice staff. I ordered food and they send one person with delivery upstairs which shows very safe hotel. Reservation desk Mr Vahdat is very nice & professional person who is knowledgeable and reliable and you can trust . This hotel is very unique hotel with very nice friendly staff, people at kitchen there are 2 gentlemen who are very nice and kind always smile. Mr Vahdat also speaks English very well & we had to go to Europe & come back so we left our luggages there for 10 days so helped us and after we come back we got our luggages and they are very trustworthy & reliable. We will go back again because it is hard to find such a nice people. Thanks to Mr Vahdat we will reserve again in Istanbul same hotel again and again . Everything is clean. Bed sheets are clean always. Only bathtub needs renovation, towels are clean but they needs to be replaced also, except these small things is very nice hotel with kind professional people
