I thought this was a good deal because the price was low. It looked fine during the day. Then at night the roaches came out. Lots and lots of roaches. I killed around five. Some were on my stuff. One tried to crawl on me which really grossed me out. I asked for a refund after check-out; moving with roaches already in my bag would not have solved the problem and it was 1 AM when I came back and saw all the roaches. They refused to provide one. They appear to be trying a little bit to be dealing with the roaches but it's not a good try. It cost me around 3x the nightly price here to decontaminate my bags. That low price isn't actually such a good deal after all.

It was okay. We came only for a night commuting through the location. English understanding of the front desk could've been a bit better. But he was a good guy.

The room is clean and they provide daily fresh towels . Also it is very close to all attractions. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. Overall, I was really happy and satisfied of my stay at the Unique Hostel. Jose None

This is an amazing place from which to experience the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are simple yet provide everything needed for a hostel. The best part of this place, however, are the wonderful staff that make you feel like family. They serve a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning which we ate on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. A true highlight of our vacation.

Great location, good breakfast, excellent and hospitable staff. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and dark at night offering a good night sleep. Hot water, fully enclosed shower, good water pressure. Loved the top floor breakfast/common room area and roof terrace. Grocery store 20 meters from hostel, restaurant choices within 10 minute walking distance, 15 minutes to tram, 30 minutes to Eminönü ferry. 5 minutes to Sulthanamet square. Nothing worthy of mention
