Nayla Palace Hotel

The variety of breakfast items was excellent and it was nice just to walk up to the top floor to eat every morning it was very convenient. The location was close to the Sophia H and Blue Mosque. Many restuarants and shops all just minutes away! I liked everything

The location was great as it was few minutes from main attractions and public transportation, good breakfast (but bad coffee), and very friendly staff! The beds were a little bit unconformable and the room was smaller than excepted and shown in the pictures...

Location? Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The location was great! I think the rooms could use a little updating, and the breakfast could be improved. They have a lovely terrace, but it would look even better with a bit more decoration to make it more inviting and attractive.

Location is superb and very quiet at night, room cleaning was good but it took them a couple of days to clean the outside of the cafeteria terrace. Wi-Fi was stable with occasional downtime which was restored quickly. The elevator is very much welcome. The view from the terrace is quite nice. The room had air-conditioning which worked ok. The beds were very comfortable. The room is small and could use renovation (door to the bathroom, got locked inside two times and had to use the spoon to turn the screw on the door handle), staff was mediocre in their attitude (the cleaning ladies were the nicest) but did help to arrange transportation. The breakfast is mediocre at best and lacks variety (especially lacking fresh fruit), the serving lady doesn't seem to care much about refilling trays and coffee machine on time. Some weird choices of food and serving (why put french fries in steaming plate so it's all soggy?!). TV wasn't working (but not a big issue, pack your own entertainment).

Great location in the old city of Istanbul, with good public transport connections to other parts. Lots of restaurants very near the hotel. Clean and functional room. Ample and varied breakfast included, in rooftop area. Helpful staff. Communication difficulties as only two of the staff had adequate English. The room needs some renovation. Noisy guests in neighbouring rooms.

The room furnishings were stylish and clean. However, the room was very small, and I could hear voices from the neighboring room, which made it difficult to relax. Since they also run a restaurant, the breakfast was of a very high standard and absolutely delicious. As my departure was late, I asked them to store my luggage. However, when I returned to pick it up, there was no one at the reception, and the luggage was left next to the desk where anyone could have taken it. This raised concerns about their security management.

Location The overall stay was disappointing. The room was not very clean — there was visible dust on the windows, and the bed was not comfortable. The room itself is very small, much thinner than expected. In the photos, the hotel looks like it has an Ottoman-style design, but in reality the furniture is just very old. The furniture actually makes the room feel even smaller and more uncomfortable. The worst part is the lack of sound insulation. You can clearly hear your neighbors in the next room even if they are just speaking normally, which makes it hard to rest. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and the view is nice, but the breakfast itself is very basic. Overall, the hotel is cheap, but the quality is even cheaper. You are mainly paying for the good location, not for comfort or quality.

It has a very nice view from the balcony over the bosphorus and it is very well located near the main tourist spots. The reception staff was also very accommodating.
