There was no drinking water in the room, and the shower drain was clogged.

Staff was amazing and extremely welcoming. Yusef welcomed me to the hotel and I know immediately I was in good hands. Professional staff within 5 min walk from Hagia Sofia at a great price. Loved my outdoor balcony Sheets were torn in places

The hotel is in an excellent location—very close to all the major tourist attractions and just a short walk from the tram station. The convenience of the location is definitely a big plus. However, the building is quite old, and the furniture and other facilities also feel outdated. Overall, the stay is comfortable mainly because of the great location, but the property could benefit from some renovation

The location is great - very central, and at the same time, it is one of the quieter streets. Asked for a room change - no problem, decided to stay longer - also no problem, but maybe due to the slower season, still - personnel is nice and helpful. Good size room, comfy beds, killer view from the roof. Would definitely consider for return visit. Soundproofing - walls are ok, windows are good, but all sounds go thru the door. On the first night neighbors who came in late, were screaming and partying, and had to go and ask for some quiet at 2 AM. The party started again at 4 AM and went on till like 7 AM when they went for the check-out.

No breakfast provided by the hotel, the location is very closed to Sultan Ahmad and Aya Sofia There is no lift in the hotel

Location is amazing, 5 mins walking to Sultan Ahmed and easy access to everywhere. Staff is nice and kind, they checked me in after the check in time due to delay in my flight. Facilities are old and the Hotel is very basic and not renovated compared to other hotels around and there is no breakfast option. No value for money. You can find much better options around for the same price and including breakfast. Do not expect more than a bed with a poor cover.

nothing it’s very run down place, overgrown entrance path, the top terrace is completely run down and very dirty. the bathroom it’s extremely small, and the bedroom for three people was tiny.

A hotel that makes you feel home, we stayed as a family of 5 for 8 days, and it was really excellent place , excellent friendly staff, and super location, Thanks Mr. Kamel the owner of the hotel! Super recommended!!

The man at the reception was very helpful and welcoming! Check in process very smooth and location is just perfect. The hotel facilities need thorough renovation, everything is old.

Very friendly staff, good value for money

Central location, short walk to Haga Sofia and Blue Mosque. Great view on sea (i had room with a view). It was quiet inside, no noise Friendly reception staff. All good. Only thing could be if you have difficulty walking and/or lots of heaven luggage: Taxis do not access this area, but they drop you off in very close walking distance. No lift inside, you need to walk up and down. But should be no problem for most of the people.
