I reserved a room with an option flexible date to change them . I spooke to the hotel one week before my flight , and i told them my situation that we have war in lebanon and wont be able to travel even booking spooked them about my issue and requested to refund my money but they didnt reply ! They took my money ! All i want was to change the dates if they didnt wont to redund the money ! Very disappointed!

Just Location. Its close to all transportation Hotel is some how old equipment. Also some ceilings in the room has problem. But my main concern was the cafe bar under the hotel. Its a disco, club, party location after 10pm and has a loud and loud music without any insulation. And Its nearly finish around 3am. This is ridicolous for such a hotel and location. Even I closed the windows and even I was at 3rd floor It was still loud. no sleep all 3 days long :(

Close to the sea and port. It has elevator. Extremely loud place and there were written about it. Music screams all night. And at 6 church is shouting. Lamps were not working, tea kettle was burnt. Bathroom were not clean when I came - there were somebody’s hair on the floor. There is no net on the window, quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Guests were smoking in the rooms so my bathroom was full of smoke and staff were smoking at the reception, smell was awful. Especially for allergic person.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find blood stains on the bedding, torn curtains, and mold in the bathroom. To make matters worse, I discovered bugs in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The state of the room was unacceptable, and I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and hygiene. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until these serious issues are addressed.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2024. The only advantage is its location (very close to the port and no need to climb up and down the hills). All other things were terrible, the service is very bad, the staff are unfriendly and even rude. They don't ever clean the rooms, neither they take out the rubbish (we did it ourselves and used our own rubbish bags!) We booked 1 room for 4 adults. When we arrived, they said that they did not have such rooms (only for 2 people)! We showed them the booking confirmation and it was all in vain! The receptionist pretended not to speak English and talked to us in Turkish! He forced us to pay for one more room! After one night another receptionist told us that we could have our room for 4 people. He brought 1extra bed into our double room. As they had no other extra bed, one of us had to sleep on the floor! The floor of the room was dirty, there wasn't enough light in the room. Also, the air conditioning didn't work, they didn't give any toilet paper! And that is only a small part of negative things. If you care about yourself and don't want to spoil your trip, never stay at this hotel!

Best location. 50 meters to the mainstream station link directly to Grand Bazar, Aghia Sofia, Faith and everything. 50 meters to the trendy Galata Port. 5 minutes walk to the pier for water us link to Asia.

The location is just perfect. 3 minutes from Galataport. Istiklal, Taksim and other attractions nearby The room and the hotel itself look like they were built back in Ottoman times and have not been renovated since. Our shower hose in our room fell off the first day and the staff didn't want to fix it until the next day, only when we insisted. The elevator was broken, the room had a chlorine smell and black mold on the walls

The location is amazing, very well situated for public transportation, restaurants, walks along the Bosphorus Booked with breakfast on arrival told they dont do breakast Room needs attention to detail, carpet stained and threadbare, only 1 bath towel for a double room. 3 tea bags for a 4 day stay for 2 people, no coffee. Had to ask for more toilet paper each time we needed it. The lights in our passage didnt work, so a long walk in the dark toget to our room With a deep clean and some attention to detail this could be a great budget hotel

Location Value for money Overall the hotel is very good as we just get out in early morning and return at 12:00 to sleep I would like to thank Anil the receptionist for being helpful and always keeping a nice smile Little noise of the club at the Hotel entrance
