Amazing stuff they are very friendly, generous and helpful. always there whenever we needed them. specially Eren and the young barista. He treat us a free coffee me and my mother many times. The location is perfect close to everything. Just 3 minutes walk to galata port. It’s located on a lively street full of coffee shops and restaurants. Fast WiFi. clean room. Comfortable bed. Room service is good. The room was very tiny. only suitable if you're staying alone. We had to change rooms twice due to a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The bars around the hotel are extremely loud at night, I couldn’t sleep until 2 or 3 AM. Also, it's a bit pricey for what it offers.

It was really nice place,with nice and kind stuff ,they helped me a lot to move my luggage’s,the location it was really nice,the room was clean, I think is the best place if you like see night life of Istanbul I will be staying there again

Great location in a happening area, at a good price point. Very cooperative staff, they accommodated my request for a late check out and even helped move my luggage to the main road from where they had arranged a cab for pick up. Since it's a happening area, there may be noise from outside till late, but that's to be expected.

If you choose to stay here, make sure the air conditioning is working properly. The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient, but the maintenance issues and humidity significantly detract from the overall experience. I recently booked a one-night stay at this hotel but ended up requesting a refund due to significant problems with the room. When I turned on the air conditioning, water started leaking from it, effectively causing it to rain inside my room. While the staff at the reception were kind and tried to persuade me to stay, I decided it was best to find accommodation elsewhere. They were understanding and promptly refunded my money, which I appreciated. The hotel boasts a great location, but be aware that there are no common or relaxing areas—it's essentially just rooms without a lobby or communal space. Additionally, there was noticeable humidity in my room; I'm not sure if this is an issue in all rooms, but it's something to be cautious about. If you have any sensitivities to humidity or concerns about dust mites, this might not be the right fit for you.

Room is clean and nice. The location is perfect. Room is a bit small and at night the area is a bit noisy. It is not a problem if you have earplugs or you have a deep sleep.

The hotel is in amazing place. All the main attractions. 10 minutes walking to eminonu Rooms are very clean. Strongly recommended hotel All the bars are in this street so loud music till 2 am. But it didn't disturb us Room need a little bit space to put your luggage and other stuff

Staff agreed to give us one more hour for check out Bedding sheets found wet, Presence of several mosquitoes in the room, No hot water for the shower, A/C unit dripping water while on, Sewage smell coming from bathroom

This hotel is in a great location , close to Galata Tower, Modern Istanbul and Istiklal Ave . So many great cafes and restaurants near. Close to trams and walking access to many places. Very friendly and happy staff and willing to help with directions and advice for Istanbul sites . Hotel is very clean and serviced daily . Necessary amenities,WFI and smart tv. Very comfortable Hotel. We recommend this hotel and would return on our next visit. No complaints
