Vey clean and new the location was perfect The staff are friendly The only thing is that no break fast was available And the coffee cups and tea classes are missing in the room, I hope if they have coffee machine in the room The facing of the building was not nice as it’s old building was in front of of it

Excellent hotel with a perfect location near Galata Tower, the port, the seaside, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are very kind and respectful, the rooms are clean and modern, and the price is very affordable for such a great location.

Stayed at Mandala Karaköy Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Erhan at the reception — he was extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay. At first, the TV in our room was not working, but the issue was resolved the next day, which we appreciated. The tea in the lobby was also very nice. The AC worked perfectly as well. Overall, a pleasant stay in a good location. You can hear some music from outside in the evening, but it was not loud enough to disturb our sleep.

The location was fantastic! It was within walking distance to Galataport, Karakoy restaurants, public transportation, one of the best Turkish baths, and Galata Tower. The property was clean, had a 24/7 reception, and was very safe and convenient.

The location can be a downside during the weekend, as it gets quite noisy due to nearby bars and restaurant music. Additionally, the rooms were a bit small, although this is fairly normal for hotel room sizes in Istanbul.
