Location is amazing Very loud outside, because there are a lot of bars working late night.

Rooms are very clean and it felt newly furnished, location was very good since it is close to everything we wanted, staff was extremely nice and helpful especially the reception team including Can and Nesrin.

The air conditioning was not in my control. They turn them off for the season. O had to open the window which meant there was traffic noise all night

Bathroom bad smell

Although the location of the hotel is very good, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the room. We contacted the reception, but they explained that the sewer cover had been removed because guests sometimes leave it open and flood the rooms, so the issue was not resolved. There were no tissues in the room and no slippers provided for showering. Overall, the service quality was very poor.

The location of the hotel is acceptable, and the reception staff were initially fine. The bedroom had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which caused headaches throughout the stay. The soap was already empty from the moment we entered the room after check-in. We stayed for 6 nights, and on the last night, there was no running water at all. We contacted the reception and were told the water would be back in 10 minutes. After waiting, we went down to ask again and were told it would take another 30 minutes. In the end, we waited for several hours with no water. Every time we called, we received the same response — “we will check” — but nothing changed. As a result, we were unable to shower at all before checking out, despite having an early flight. The hotel and reception provided no solution, no assistance, and not even an apology. It felt like the guests were completely ignored. During check-out, the reception staff did not offer any help. They simply stood and watched while the driver who came to pick us up helped carry our luggage. The level of service showed a clear lack of proper hospitality training.
