Only the location in Galata port The mall is directly in front of the hotel, so we can’t see the Bosphorus from the windows. I specifically reserved an Executive Room with a Bosphorus view, but the mall is blocking most of the view. In addition, the furniture is quite old, the room is very small, and it does not have a direct view of the Bosphorus as advertised. This is not the room or the experience we expected when making the reservation. We would appreciate it if you could offer us a room with a true direct Bosphorus view or provide another suitable solution.

Great location. Very comfortable rooms. Easy to access public transport. 10 min walk to Galata Tower. Located right next to the fashionable Galata Port.

Excellent location with a beautiful Bosphorus view. The hotel was clean, the price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is also within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The fifth floor was very noisy every day because of the rooftop restaurant. The suite felt outdated, and the TV was not a Smart TV, so we couldn’t use Netflix or connect our phones. There were no USB-C charging ports, and all the power outlets were old. Some bathroom amenities and tissues were missing upon arrival and had to be requested.

Overall it was great, wonderful location, excellent breakfast. Staff is good supporting, prompt for quick services. Housekeeping is also too good and sincere diligent people. We expected a more modern rooms, trendy furniture and expected Bosphorous view room for the price we paid.

The first suite we received was overlooking a fish restaurant and the fish smell was all over the room. We were given an alternative suite but it was overlooking the min street and very noisy . don't pay until you check your room .

- Location, Location, location!! - Restaurant view - Restaurant staff - Restaurant breakfast. - 99% of the reception of reception staff were very congenial and helpful - Staff overall were very good. - Bathroom shower floor (dented) - Discolored bathroom floor and toilette area with what looked like white detergent residue. - 1% of reception staff (not a problem solver)
