I liked everything about Novotel. I always choose Novotel when I go to Turkey last year I went to Trabzon and I booked in Novotel, so Novotel is my first choice when I am booking The breakfast is amazing and the staff are welcoming

Nothing - it was terrible, deceiving, and very different than pictures online. It was so embarrassing to my guests. Terrible experience and not recommended at all! The staff are extremely rude - even though in the hospitality you have only 1 job: which is to be hospitable and accommodating. The pictures they put are fake, because we paid so much more money to get a sea view, and it showed that there is sea view based on the description and pictures. But lo and behold, when we arrived, there was no sea view even from the highest floor, as there is a building obstructing the view. Also we came for the pool, steam, and sauna, but it turns out the facilities were out of order / not working, and the indoor pool was very cold and unheated. The maintenance person was supposed to come but he/she never came. Also there was no parking available so we had to pay a lot of parking. In addition, there were issues with the booking, and the reservation department staff were not helpful at all, and actually very rude and mean. There are so many better places to go instead in Istanbul.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Galata port Massry market Galata tower and takseem Breakfast was not as expected not worth 30 euro per person. Also Wi-Fi was very bad and hard to log in.

Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel. While waiting for my airport transfer in the lobby, no one offered any refreshments. When I asked, I was told I had to purchase them from the paid restaurant in the lobby. I expected much better hospitality and a warmer welcome from a hotel of this caliber.
