Location was good…near to lots of stores and Metro station Room is very small. I was locked in at the toilet for almost 50 minutes, though the staff fixed it but no apology were offered.

I had a wonderful stay at The Buke Hotel and was truly satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and I especially want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Oya. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference and added a personal touch to the service. The room I stayed in was very clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was delicious, fresh, and offered a nice variety to choose from. Overall, I’m very thankful for the hospitality and care provided by everyone at The Buke Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Staff were really helpful and very attentive. Super selection at breakfast. Rooms spotless. Bedding and towels changed daily. I tram stop to Taksim Square , 2 stops to Galata Tower and Galata Port, 4 stops to Blue Mosque. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from hotel at Osmanbey. Tv - Only one channel with English speaking programmes, the news channel.

The room was basic but nice. Shower was very good. Staff very friendly. No English speaking but that is never a problem for myself. There was no bar which is a missed opportunity financially for the Hotel. I would have been happy to chill for a couple of hours with a beer or two maybe? The Breakfast was to be honest terrible. How can a Chef not be able to cook eggs/Omelette properly? Breakfast Staff were nice though.

Nice house keeping person, very cheerful and helpful. Only two electrical plugs to use in the room. People these days have electronics to charge. When I asked the reception for one, I was told would have to buy something from the store to give me more access to plugs. I am only visiting here, why do I need to buy one so I can throw it away after I leave? Window was broken, hard to open and close. Smoke smell came from all over the place although it was a no smoking facility. People in next room were loud and fought late at night. As per the description, there was no coffee maker. No hot water for evening showers. There was no additional pillows or blankets available. Items in bathroom were broken.

The Humanities in the staff. I came and i had operation all of them helped from the first I have arrived. The man Israfreel helped and the girl at the resection language in English. The stuff at the restaurant. The cleaning ladies Kadryea and Rayheen helped me alot. Thank you for amazing service All was good

Room was comfortable. Staff is very friendly and fullfilled our requests. Breakfast food was nice. Parking location is 5 min walk. There was a hole in the shower cabin's ceiling driping water from the bathroom above. Not all staff members speak English. Coffee machine at breakfast makes instant coffee. There is no separate space in front of the hotel to park temporary for pick up / drop off luggage - you have to do it in the middle of the street.
